Been coming here for 2 years since this place opened this place has gone downhill big time put my clothes in the laundry paint almost eight bucks for it and the thing ain't put no water in so I have to pay for it again. Not happy for twice the price and twice the time. Awful. And all the partying going on at night in front of this place from midnight to 2:00 a.m. I had to leave just so I can come back and do my laundry I'm going to find me a different place that's for sure I ain't got the money to be paying for my laundry to be washed twice

Just a heads up this place is not 24 hours…they have signs posted that say the doors lock automatically at 10pm. This place has clean machines and clean facilities but there was a very sour odor while I was there early morning.

This place is clean so I'll give it the 1 ⭐️ since I can't leave 0 ⭐️'s. Anyway, thus place is very conservative and the managers are rude. It is March 8th 2024 and they will still purposely misgender you. And I'm in Austin! Also this is coming from a U.S Army vet. The owners are also prior military but are more "old school". Either way they need to be more curious and considerate of the people using the facility. Still clean. Butttt I literally almost just cried right now. I just woke up (slept) in my car and my hair is wild, no makeup in my laundry clothes and i still look female. Soooo get with the times. About to dry now. Do better. Super great experience! As reviews said, it is the cleanest and modern laundromat I have seen in the US. The place sparkles clean, the supervisor (James) does an outstanding work constantly checking and wiping the washers, dryers, the entire place. The machines are highly performant and fast (btw i noticed that for $2.50 extra you can add a superwash, meaning extra water and time). Plus there are plenty of them, no worry to find one empty. The drying cycle is also very fast, the washing machines have several sizes to choose from. There are also vending machines with snacks, drinks and detergent. It is also open 24 hours and safe. I strongly recommend this place!

The owner or manager is very nice. The establishments are clean. No sketchy people or behavior. Helped me out of a bind. I normally don't review. But like I said this prevents my crazy neighbor from banging on his ceiling since my dryer is broken. Much appreciated.

My old Kenmore finally gave up the ghost, so it was my first visit to a laundromat in decades. A friend just happened to post about going to Clean Laundry, so I thought I’d try it. Staff is kind and helpful. The place is c l e a n clean! Enough machines for me to do two loads at a time, wash and dry. Took less than two hours, only a handful of other customers on a Saturday morning, ideal.

This place has a shady, inexperienced guy patrolling this laundromat like he owns the place. His attitude is atrocious and uncalled for. I dont blame the company, I hold this particular employee accountable.Going forward, since I frequent this laundromat, I hope this lazy employee gets fired, so that we, as customers, can actually enjoy the full benefit of these services.This "manager" yanked my wet laundry out of the dryers and threw it into my basket as he threatened to call the police on me. His only reason was because I left to go next door to grab a bite to eat while my laundry dried.I was robbed of pre-paid for time in the dryers by this "manager", I was not reimbursed, just harassed. Completely Unprofessional Behavior.

Great service. I came in crying from a previous competitor. Young girl that works there called Manager/owner and my request for wash/fold was not charged. I’m 71 Years Old and not in the best of health. I tell everyone that they are my two Angels. I will continue taking my laundry to the BEST Laundromat!!! in Austin. Thank you.

This place is awesome! It's always super super clean and the staff is always very polite. Sometimes it's a little crowded but everyone knows a good place for laundry when they see one! I go here every Monday and they always treat me well.
