Can I wash my dog, cat, or horse items at Clean Laundry?

Yes. We have machines that can hold up to 9 loads at once, so dog/cat/horse items will get clean just as your clothes would.

We ask that the items are shaken off outside, prior to bringing them in, to prevent excess hair and dirt from clogging the washers and plumbing.

Please note, some locations do not allow pet bedding/horse gear to be washed outside of blankets. Please refer to the specific Clean Laundry city website, locations which do not allow will indicate it is not allowed.

How do I start a Huebsch washer?

Play the video or read below for steps on how to start your washer using the Huebsch payment center.

Load your clothes into an open washer
Close the washer and latch it shut
Pour your detergent into the receptacle found at the top of the machine
Make note of the machine number found on the blue sticker
Head over to the Huebsch Payment Center
Tap Wash
Select your machine number
Select wash type, temperature, and load size
If you'd like to add an additional washer, tap add washer and repeat the steps
Tap pay
Choose your desired payment option and follow the on-screen prompts

How do I start a Huebsch dryer?

Play the video or read below for steps on how to start your dryer using the Huebsch payment center.

Load your clothes into an open dryer
Close the dryer and latch it shut
Make note of the machine number found on the blue sticker
Head over to the Huebsch Payment Center
Tap Dry
Select your machine number
Select dry temperature
Tap next
Choose your dry time and cycle type
Note, reverse tumbling is best for bedding and not recommended for normal clothes or garments
Tap Pay
If you'd like to add an additional dryer, tap your machine type and repeat the steps

Choose your desired payment option and follow the on-screen prompts

How do I add cash into my Huebsch app?

Play the video or read below for steps on how to add cash to your Huebsch app using the payment center in store.

First tap, add cash from the home screen
Next launch your Huebsch app, log in or create an account
Select your location
If this is your first time using the app, you'll need to enter your location's PIN. The PIN can be found on the blue stickers found on the machines
Once your location is set up, tap add funds
Tap cash and hit OK to allow the app to access your camera. You'll need this in order to scan the code
Scan the code on the payment center screen. If you have trouble scanning the code, you can simply enter the code you see on the screen
Once you've scanned the code, tap continue
Locate the bill acceptor and wait for the green light to turn on
Feed your cash into the slot, then read and follow the onscreen prompts before completing the addition of funds

How do I use a keycard?

If you have funds on your keycard you would like to use:

After selecting your wash and dry options and you are at the payment screen, follow steps below:

Insert your keycard into the slot just below the touch screen
The machine will automatically remove the funds from your keycard

To load change after paying with cash follow the steps below:

If you're paying with cash, read and follow the onscreen prompts
If there are leftover funds, the machine will dispense a card at the bottom of the payment center
Remove the key-shaped inset from the card
Insert your keycard in the slot just below the touch screen, leave the card in the slot, and remove it only when prompted on the screen
The machine will automatically load your funds onto your keycard
Make sure to not discard or misplace your keycard as they are not refundable

To view your balance or add funds to your keycard follow the steps below:

Select the keycard option on the main screen
Insert your keycard into the small slot just below the touchscreen
Wait until the machine reads your keycard
Once the keycard is recognized, it will show you your balance
If you'd like to add funds, select add funds
Locate the bill acceptor and wait for the green light to turn on
Load your cash and confirm that the funds are accurate
Read and follow the onscreen prompts and remove the keycard when complete
