I really do like coming here to do my laundry but for the last 2 weeks there has been a lot of homeless people there when I get there at 5am I really dont feel safe .......

Poor customer service. Very rude staff. Very expensive for no reason. Not recommended . For no reason they sell nonsense cards on you .

Do not recommend, please do not come here. This laundry mat recently changed management, the past workers I use to see after my work are no longer here I’m guessing to cut down wages. Sadly they were replaced my bad workers that step outside to talk to random people and vape, along with allowing the homeless inside with shopping carts full of what I assume is not clothes as they sit for hours inside without doing laundry. After using this laundry mat for a while I can see that the new changes are enough for me to never return again. This once clean and spotless laundry mat is now dirty, ceiling is torn, ac is out of commission, and the machines are either not working properly or shut down. Not to mention the prices have gone up for no reason either than I’m assuming to pocket more profit.

This place is way too expensive for what you get. It costs $7.75 just to wash, and then another dollar just to start the dryer. On top of that, there are only 4 carts available for customers, which makes doing laundry inconvenient, especially during busy hours. For these prices, I would expect better amenities and more carts. Overall, not worth the cost.

NO Restrooms avail 2 Customers; It has ALWAYS been this way since they opened!! I spend on average $80-$120.!!! ***U all should have a USEABLE Facility 4 Patreons "INEXCUSABLE"NO HOT H2O(though u pay 4 it!)& as of late they close by 10p.m..... an average wash is $10.00. NOPE!

Not worth one star. I was able to get 9.25 worth of coins (10.00 purchase) after being denied several transactions. Put coins in #2 and the start button wouldn’t work. No manager. I repacked my belongings and left. It looks great in the photos but yes, too good to be true. Never will use this place again!

The place is clean, but there aren’t enough working machines as many are out of service. There’s also a shortage of laundry carts compared to the number of people doing laundry. The machine prices are very outrageous; it would actually be cheaper to use a pickup and drop-off laundry service instead. I do not recommend coming here and will not choose this option again.

The new management is trash tbh. Raised the machine prices, stopped giving out dollar tokens and went to all quarter tokens (takes longer to start the machine, convenience killer). Started to charge for dryers, went from 25¢ to $1 to start for 20 mins. Vending machines always empty. AC is always broken. Raised prices with out raising employee wages. not fixing anything just pocketing the profits…

Surprised me on how quick I could wash my blankets and clothes .. this place is expensive since the last time I used a laundromat. The washers say 9x a standard load so that a bit confusing in it self .. the restrooms are locked and no one is there to give you a code .. there are homeless that pop in to see if restrooms are open. Over all very clean and they can make change for the machines

Location is good plenty of stores near by while you wash.
Machines are a bit on the higher end. Almost 10 bucks for a 6 load machine.
AC could be cooler.
Def needs more carts. I counted 4 carts.

The place is very clean. & you can come with a debit card & get quarters.

I’m sure if they fixed the AC & added carts this place would be 5x better.

I had to do 3 trips to my car

The place is extremely clean, immaculate. I’ll be returning to wash my clothes actually I do my bedding there.

Seems to be a nice place...rather clean, but only 2 laundry carts for the entire store...and no air conditioning. Extremely hot inside the store. Only come here when it is not hot outside. No restrooms.

The best place to wash your clothes

Unfortunately I have to take away stars. The price increase is a bit ridiculous with dryers being 1.00 now :(. The machines are fast but you’re gonna have to pay a high price for the speed. A 4 load is 7.00 🙁

It was. Clean my laundry was safe, the staff was good and the whole thing was just easy, the dryers could use. Improvements by other then that, it was OK.

So this is my first time too this laundry Mat I thought I'd give it a try I needed to use the restroom the restroom's locked I called a number and I was told unless an attendant's there they keep the Is bathrooms locked so you don't have access to the restroom so for the most part if you come here you will not have access to a restroom they're telling you to walk over to the McDonald's and use McDonald's restaurant I call bullshit on that the machines seem a little pricey I don't know how they wash yet but the fact that they won't allow you to use a restroom while you're doing your laundry is a huge problem for me this will be the last time That I come here first and last time I just want to note that I came here on a Tuesday at about 1 o'clock in the afternoon and there's no attendant I see other reviews complaining about no attendant being around and not being able to access the restroom I don't see any hours listed for when an attendant should be here there might not even be an attendant ever who knows but the bottom line is they make you go somewhere else to use the restroom. You would think that on a Tuesday afternoon in the middle of the day that somebody would be working here

i put coins in and it took my coins and the machine just says error, there is no staff to help. i called the number for "help" and it just tells me theres no one who can take my call. I shouldve known a place called Clean Laundry would leave me with dirty laundry. dont come here if your trying to wash your clothes. they charge $20 to wash and dry a small load.

En esta lavandería las máquinas lavan muy bien, es muy limpia y ordenada, además si no tienes efectivo puedes usar lavan forma de pago de tarjeta o tap para sacar dinero y cambiarlo por monedas. A demás hay un cajero en el interior., y máquinas de refrigerio .

Great place to do your laundry, very clean and well maintained, nice people.

The facility is clean and you don't need actual money to buy the tokens. You can use your card to buy and it's great. It's very reasonable and it's next to McDonald's so while you wait you can grab a bite to eat.

Their coin system vs the rate the machines charge feels very scummy, the staff aren't very helpful, and the place reeked. Didn't seem very clean, either. Not coming back. Wouldn't recommend anyone coming at all.

On the website it says it's 24hrs but when I came at 10pm the clerk said they close at 10:30pm.. This is false advertising for the customers who want to come in at a letter time to avoid the busy hours..

The staff here are just great. Very kind and helpful, consistently, over many visits. I really enjoy coming here.

Well this laundromat may be clean, it's no more clean than any other laundromat I've ever been at. The difference is this one is $6 for a half load of laundry. The washers are so shallow using upright washer they're so shallow you can't even put hardly any clothes in it and you pay $6. In addition all they offer you is $1 tokens so I put in my credit card and I can only get 5 10 or 20 dollars of tokens. I needed $12 to do two loads and then with the dryer I need $2 for a total of $14 so now I'm stuck with six $1 tokens I can't use anywhere on earth except for their laundromat and they won't give any refund. It's an absolute scam. Do not go to this laundromat, do not use this laundromat, steer clear! Read my other reviews you will see that I am 100% honest on the stuff. It's absolutely crap for a laundromat.

Very clean establishment. I wasn’t happy about having to use the restroom and no attendant being available but I went next door. I was happy to see they used quarters and tokens, not cards, and I like the location. I will be returning

Awesome 24hr laundromat! Not only was the place clean and while steadily busy, still had several available machines! Credit card friendly and the nicest staff ever!! I feel safe and for a single woman having only the wee hours Todo any laundry, that's saying A LOT
