It's a nice laundry mate with up to date washers and dryers. The only thing I do not like is, they don't give out change. They use tokens and regular coins and the tokens are not refundable. They said free drying on Tuesday.

Use to be my #1 but lately they don’t have a attendant until 3pm or can’t get change if machine not working I guess they don’t trust they employees cause they don’t have or give change if their a problem with equipment then you have to wait to hear from somebody the I go to now is a 100 percent better any problem employees give you your money back and their always someone working and new equipment and cheaper yes it’s worth the 15 minutes drive versus a half block drive

The place has gone down hill. It used to be clean now the floor is always dirty.They have turned the air up so much it is usually cooler outside. The rates have also increased.I have been going here since they opened its a shame they just don't seem to care anymore.

The employees here are going to drive this place into the ground . We came a few wks ago the man working there wasn’t dressed like a worker he had on slides with socks and he had his gf & her family there and could care less about tending to business because every time we needed him he was occupied outside with her . The dryers were marked as broken but he allowed her family to use them so it was very confusing. Today the lady was there locked in the office with her bf , a young man knocked on the door to get help and the bf started cursing at the customer threatening him while the worker just stood there. It was TERRIBLE !!! We definitely will be looking else where to wash and dry because what happened today was dangerous and reckless & not a good look for the business .

It doesn't make sense, a laundry that doesn't have public restroom access. If the restrooms are for customers, why are they always locked? No attendants are to be found, what if someone has a medical condition? The attendant needs to be fired and the Health Department will be involved, if the issue keeps happening 😐😐😐

Who are these 5 stars coming from. My previous review was removed. You can guess why. In short, machines took my money and they refused to reimburse. Put in $6 worth of tokens and only got 25mins of dryer time. The attendant even admitted it happens so not to use more than one token at a time. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Poor service.

I came to do laundry today for the first time in months and I will never come back. The employee was so rude on the phone the whole time talking so loud in Creole and also just having a nasty attitude the entire time every time I asked her something she rolled her eyes she took a long time just to open the rest room door. She walk as if she owns the place and don’t need a job. Done even have a machine to give change for big bills only quarters that’s ridiculous and she was so rude when I asked her if she could break my bill again rolling her eyes. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The laundry attendant is so rude. She kept watching me like I'm about to steal. Girl what is there to steal? Money? I got that. Plus she act asif I can't use the restroom I'm the customer, you can't refuse to customer. That's what the sign say. 🤣🤣 I give it a 0 not a 1.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years and suddenly every time after drying the clothes they smell horrible. I looked it up to see why this could be happening because I know it’s coming from the dryers and I’ll copy what I found. The owner should be alarmed: “A dryer that smells of mold or mildew can be a sign of poor dryer vent function. If you smell mold or mildew on your clothing, in your dryer, or in your laundry room after running the dryer, it is likely that your dryer vent system is not functioning properly.” Obviously poor venting can cause a fire. A fire involving customers can cause lawsuits. If you get the vents checked regularly and know this is not the case then I recommend disinfecting the dryers often. Something isn’t right here. My clothes have never had this smell problem. Not even during previous visits to this laundromat.

Larger capacity dryer has been broken for at least 3 months. Attendants are not helpful they won’t removed abandoned clothes from dryer so the next paying customer can have access. Rules are selectively enforced with patrons based on skin tone.

Horrible place I been coming here for a few months and its got worse each time and this is the final straw clearly the washer not working correctly I tell the attendant she said she has no money for me to use another after I paid 6 dollars and out my detergent my clothes have soap on them basically said oh well in my face I have spent a few hundred in this place and last night I come with the managers son works and no tokens or quarters all machines out of order make it make sense place was disgusting and is everytime he works anyways!! This is ridiculous and I will be contacting the BBB about this place!!

If I could give zero stars I'd do it,this "Laundromat"is no exaggeration the worst. The wheels on the carts are broken.The staff is lazy unfriendly.Last night I tried to buy laundry bags at the vending machine and and wouldn't accept my card or my wifes, my wife asks for one to buy from the attendant and ofcourse,to no surprise is unhelpfulSmacking her gums being ghetto and unprofessional ill be taking my money elsewhere from now on and forever
