Very clean place. Affordable, employees are nice and they are very helpful

The Laundromat was extremely clean. There were plenty of washers and dryers available. Aaron the employee who was working was professional even while taking care of 3 different customers at the time. We accidentally put .50 cents in the wrong dryer and without raising an issue or redirecting me, Aaron started the dryer with a smile & said with a smile mistakes happen & we understand so please let everyone know we're here for you & want to favorite be your place to do your laundry. Thank you Aaron. I hope the Laundromat owners know they have a great representative in Aaron.

It's a very quaint laundromat. Reasonably priced but not many carts available. The guy on duty was super helpful when my coins got lodged in the coin return slot. So about the 2 massage chairs near the front door are AWESOME‼️ Nothing like treating yourself to a massage while the clothes are in the dryer.

My dryer broke so I had to go to the laundry mat. always kept clean. Best time to go is at 7:00 a.m hardly nobody there.

Amazing laundromat. We were there kinda early on a Wednesday. Clean. Bright. The attendant knew we were new. Came and helped us get things going. Guided us to the most economical washing machines. Helped us with the cash to token machines. We were in and out in about30 minutes ... 3 loads all going at once. She even held the door open for us as we walked out with our baskets of clean laundry.

Our washing machine broke down ... Gotta do what yah gotta do ... until the replacement arrives.

The person who helped us this morning was super nice and helpful. We've traveled out of our way to use this laundry mat cause it's cleaner and cooler than most but after that interaction with the cool dude this morning we will certainly keep coming. Thanks! !

It's always clean the staff is nice I've been there a few times over 6 months and even after the first two times I was treated like I've been coming there for years very welcoming for a laundry mat

Absolutely amazing place and staff! 10s all around! Staff was extremely welcoming from the moment I walked in. Immediately recognized I was a first time visitor and came over to assist when I was having issues with the coin processor. Which, thankfully, had a tap to pay feature (one of few locations that has one). Making this location extremely accessible for those without physical cards or only cash (Super important). The staff member on shift explained how to use the coin processor, walked me through the best way to use the washers and dryers for my moneys worth! And even encouraged me to get comfy and use the massage chairs at the entrance (First laundromat with massage chairs that I’ve been to!). Since I was a first timer he gave me a free massage chair session, to which it was so good I of course paid for another. But seriously I’ve only used laundromats like twice in my life EVER. And it’s usually a result of an emergency, and not having easy access to my own washer and dryer. Good to know this place takes care of its people whether they’re regulars or first timer out of towners like myself! Made the process less anxiety filled and seem less. He let me know to come to him if I needed anything. And spent his time making sure all appliances were clean and sanitized immediately after use! 10/10!!!!

Cleanest, nicest well maintained laundromat I've ever been to, my optimal laundromat! We drive 20 minutes just to do laundry here, staff are super nice and do their jobs VERY well! Highly recommend for sure!

We’ve been going here to use the dryers ever since ours broke and every time there are dryers available, the staff is really nice, and the place is super clean.

I come here every week and I don't ever have any issues, place is always clean and I usually spend an hour to an hour and a half, the dude who works there is friendly and helpful, music is always playing, overall I've always had a good vibe here. 👍🏽

Stopped in for some last minute urgent laundry around 7pm on a Friday!
The facility was super clean, plenty of open spaces. The whole place smelled like weed which might bother some people.

Washers range from $5 to $13 for 25 minute use and the dryers are $0.25/5 minutes. They don't take card but you can convert cash into quarters or download an app and pay that way.

I didn't use the bathrooms or other amenities but there was an employee cleaning the shop the whole time I was here. I brought my own basket but I did notice there weren't that many.

Very clean, and washers/dryers performance is excellent. I was also pleased to find a laundromat that allowed me to wash my doggy bed. I'll be a regular customer here.

I like this place but all too often homeless are inside and there never seems to be any on-site manager. What good is having a locked restroom for your customers when their is noone to give them access

Expensive and dispenses tokens at at least one of the coin machines that you wouldn't be able to use anywhere else.

It’s starting to go down hill. There were at least 5 washing machines that are out of order and other 5 dryers out too. I’m going to have to look for another spot to go to. Prices are starting to climb up also. Hopefully they can start fixing this place up.

Here now waiting on my laundry to dry, and there is no one here to let me into the restroom, the coin machine took a dollar from me, then said out of order…And you guessed it, there is no one here to help me with that either. And lastly, there is always a shortage of baskets to use which shouldn’t be an issue considering how much it costs to wash now!

2 stars but first I will listen the good. Very very clean place, i love it. The staff, courteous and very polite. My issue? That ive been coming here for over a year and they still have not resolved a washing machine that just goes insane when in spin cycle. It gets so loud and it sounds like its about to detonate. Second issue, the constant loud beeping sound coming from another machine that is so loud it makes it impossible to just enjoy some quiet time whenever its slow. And for my final issue, ai understand the location is very ghetto and yes there's plenty of homeless outside but it seems that doesnt affect the inside of the place, but what I dont understand why is it that on weekends I just dont ever see any staff present and people need to use the bathroom. So there's no access to using the restrooms (which is very clear is for customers only so they're very clean) and there's no staff to ask for help on whatever the case may be which I mean i haven't needed help to put money in and finish my laundry but you never know when someone is needed. If it weren't for some dysfunctional machines, loud smoke detector beeping alarm and just staff on standby, I wouldve gave a 5 star but it really is a clean place and what else could you ask for.

Good size washer and dryers but there is almost never an attendant at the location and when you reach out via the phone number for help, you can’t reach a live person or it continuously disconnects the call. The staff situation needs to be addressed immediately.

My wife used this laundromat last Thursday. Our clothes were taken out of the dryer because it was closing time, which I understand and appreciate, and they were placed into a large bag.
At the time, my wife was at the hospital with her her sister and I was at work, so nobody was able to pick up the clothes before closing. When I returned the next morning, most of my daughter’s clothes and some of my wife’s were missing.
This is extremely upsetting. Someone removed our clothes from the dryer, and between that moment and when they were taken to the back, several items went missing. I don’t know who handled them, but we really need our clothes back and we not just gon let it go!!!

I used this laundromat last Thursday. I put my clothes in the dryer and had to leave briefly to visit my sister in the hospital, not realizing this location closes at 10 PM. When I returned the next morning, most of my daughter’s clothes and several of mine were gone.

This is completely unacceptable. These were personal belongings, including children’s clothing, and they did not simply “disappear.” Either there is no security, no monitoring, or staff handled items irresponsibly.

I am asking the owner/management to contact me immediately to return my missing clothes or explain what happened. If this is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and warn others about using this location.

Update!....this place just jacked their washer price up!! Now just a small wash is $6.75 can you believe this almost $7.00 just to wash!! Dryers are 25 cents for every 5 minutes !!!Not going here anymore since I learned dryers aren't free anymore on week days like they use to be. I discovered Sparkles! It is clean and way less expensive!

Do not recommend using their app it’s a scam I was overcharged $15 twice in two different visits on the app Called DEXTERPAY to top it off no one is reachable it you leave a voicemail no one returns your call to receive a refund absolutely unacceptable! If you go here do not use the app they overcharge you was only supposed to be charged 5.50 for a load and DEXTERPAY APP charged $15 both visits 😡😡

Washing machines don't work right. And the dryers are the biggest rip off I put 2 dollars in each machine and had to hang my clothes and towels and blankets at my home place is a rip off
