Good and clean location

Biggest thing about this place is that, everything is with coins, and you’ll have to get their special coins.
I am only coming back the second time to use up rest of my coins, but won’t come back after that
It looks like the place is clean but machines are dirty usually.
Dryer also runs cooler than other places so if you were drying low heat, you’ll need to use more coins.

I have never been here before but plan to one day

A very practical, organized, casual and clean place to go to wash clothes! It has new washing machines, and the staff always keeps everything in order. I really like this place!

I tried to wash my shoes in machine 31 and it says slow fill error

The machines are nice they have ones for every load size. But its a little dirty.

Less money when you have big loads great place very clean

Very new and clean laundry facility. The manager, Dominique, is very helpful and nice. Great place to come do your laundry, and you can be in and out in an hour.

Not nearly enough laundry carts or tables. Also not staffed during all open hours which sucks if you need to use the toilet which is locked.
When you leave anything behind, they don’t put it in their employee area, they just leave it where it is overnight even though they know “homeless people come in and take what’s left.”
The place was usually clean though which is nice. And the machines aren’t nasty like they are at some other laundromats.
The manager is particular about how you close the doors of the machines and will confront you if you don’t do it how he likes. Which is awkward and, in my opinion, unnecessary.
A bit expensive.

L is $9.25
Even the XS machine is about $4.50
A couple change machines for cash or card, which is nice.
Plenty of parking space.

Raised the prices and changed from 24 hours. Super frustrating. Also the coin machine only gives you 25 cent branded coins rather than quarters. Super wack. I got two bucks worth of “clean laundry” quarters to use and then I’m never coming back.

I didn't like it. I saw a dead roach on the table so I'm not sure if it came from another customers bag or from the building but it was only 2 other people in there when I was there.
Also, you only get 20 minutes of dry time for $1.00😐

Very quick, clean and convenient. Even more convenient with the washer and dryers being connectable to a smartphone app where you can pay, set controls, and monitor time left. Pretty expensive but the washers is big and dryers is huge. Free wifi, and open 24/7. But without staff you can't access the restroom.

Good place. Pretty clean and safe. Make sure to bring your own quarters. The machines either don't work or they don't give you the correct amount.

I’m changing my rating due to things I’ve noticed that have changed in the three years I have been homing, but after today, I will go elsewhere. Machines use app to pay and monitor time . The last two times I came I was unable to use the app and my rewards left on card. Then had to use my card at change machine which I didn’t feel comfortable in doing. I use the app for my security since this location does not have an attendant at this time and if there is an error, no one can resolve it. As well as anyone can place a card reader on the machine and potentially steal your account information. Then the change machine gives dollar tokens only. The machines are a whole dollar amount, then .75 which then makes you spend an extra .25 to start machine. I feel that’s intentional especially when your change machine doesn’t give quarters. These are small predatory practices that I feel are deceptive and the location management is no longer trustworthy. If you go bring your own change or else you are going to pay extra for every load by design. Also the location is not as clean as it was in the past. I arrive at 5am-6am and the floors are always unclean and I’ve noticed the same dryers and machines still not working.

Clean, cool & the attendant was very friendly. I will utilize this facility until I don't need their services anymore. Tuesdays after 5 are great 👍 thank you

One load of laundry to wash and dry with the App will cost you $12.50 better go get some quarters before coming here the App rips you off!

Muy buena atención todo limpio

So I’m highly upset because I’ve loaded $15 onto my DexterPay, which is the app I’m supposed to use here at this laundromat, clean laundry. The problem is none of the machines will work with the DexterPay app. I have followed the proper steps and I still can’t get any of the washers to work!! I’ve created my account and loaded money on my account using the app. I’ve selected my clean laundry location, which is the Norwood Park location. Then I scanned the QR code on the washer and even typed in the machine number showing on the front of the machine. When I type in the machine number, I get an error message that tells me that machine number cannot be used and that I need to verify the number again. I tried those same steps using every washer number on the front of every washing machine. I still get the same error message. There is no employee present working at this laundromat to give me any assistance. I also called the number they have posted for any issues or urgent assistance needed. I can’t talk to anyone and the automated message tells me that I have to leave a message. So now I’ve put my washing products into a washing machine that I can’t use because none of the machines will work with the DexterPay app. I give this place a -100 stars!!! I am frustrated, angry and I feel like this is really unfair. I need someone to refund my money back to me and somebody to replace what I lost in the washer. My soap, softener, and washer beads that I’ve now lost in a washing machine that I can’t use. While I was writing out this negative review, a lady that appears to be an employee for Clean Laundry showed up.
However, when I tried to talk to her she said, “I no speak English” and rolled her eyes at me with a rude attitude. I’m praying to God that’s not who they have in charge right now because she is no help at all!! Someone in charge here or the owner needs to do something because this is ridiculous. I want to be compensated for the money I’ve lost!!

I lost 20 bucks in the coin machines back in October 2024. I called the staff at the time, and they agreed to give me my money back if I came back to the store. I never got around to it, but when I randomly came back in March 2025, I told the staff about it, and they gave me my 20 bucks back in coins since I was already there to do my laundry again. The staff was super helpful, and I really appreciated it. This is a clean laundromat, and everything runs smoothly

Really the only upsides to this place is that it's well lit, and you can wash and dry your clothes here.
It is terribly expensive.
There is a snack machine, but half the inventory space is dedicated to laundry supplies and is also priced very high.
You would think that an owner would show appreciation to someone patronizing their business by extending good faith. Nope....just give me more of your money for not much return on your part.
