Visited this location today and the machine to get the card from to scan was not working

It's ok. It's clean. Very expensive compared to the area and not much to justify it. That's pretty much my only gripe.

They keep the restroom door locked even though you have to be her for over an hour. I have a potty training toddler who had to use the restroom. And when I called customer service it went straight to voicemail. The washer are expensive. And when I was washing a load the spin cycle shook the whole row my washer was on and the row behind it. And was extremely loud.I had my stuff in the 2nd largest washer they had.

This place is amazing their place was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and the dryers were in my budget range I highly recommend this laundromat.

Inaccessible bathroom for patrons is unexceptable.

No one there if you need help or questions. Bathroom locked for costumers. Appears you need a code but again no one was there in charge. Smaller machines- most were out of order. I didn't need a large machine for my light clothing. Token option out of order so I have to use the atm to get cash Was double charged an atm fee. Overpriced Won't be back

It could be perfect if there was an afternoon/evening attendant so there could be access to the restroom.

The laundromat has gotten expensive day by day. And the ACs dont work properly. But its clean and have larger machines.

Usually, I come to this laundromat ever so often but this time it was outstandingly dirty on top of that the coin machine was out Which is inconvenient if you’re driving from Somewhere far. I assume everything will be ready to go, especially on a Monday start of the week. This is not what I expected from this location.

I come and wash here all the time. For the first time ever I got charged $20 for tokens and I only received 17.50 in tokens. I am very disappointed. Please count your tokens yall! And also of course there’s a sign that says there’s no refunds on token purchases 🙄🙄. Can’t believe that I can’t even trust my own laundromat👎🏼

These washer and dryer are big enough for my biggest blankets and reasonable pricing

Good. No problems but go to the last isle because the other isles are too expensive but I think they're for bigger loads.

The bathroom is always close , it should be open for customers to use , that’s poor customer service , people come to do laundry and they can’t use bathroom when doing laundry it’s pathetic , yall need to open the damn bathroom , it’s ridiculous

Clean Laundry has completely changed the way I think about doing laundry. The facility is spotlessly maintained and all the machines are modern and work perfectly every single time. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and bright the place is which makes the whole experience far more comfortable than your average laundromat. The prices are fair and the machines are fast so you are never waiting around longer than necessary. There is always a friendly atmosphere and I never had to worry about finding an available machine. This is by far the best laundry service I have come across in Austin and I will not be going anywhere else.

Machine 17 took my money yesterday $7 did not wash my clothes the machine discharged the water as per the picture- be careful some of the machines at this location does not working Scam.
