Omg Cynthia was the sweetest and most helpful ever. First time there and she helped me while my kids were being crazy and really went out of her way. Clean place and felt safe.

Good place

Totally amazing customer service! Bobby opened the door for us and got us set up at machines. My 75 yo friend had not been to a laundromat in a long time and she was very impressed with how clean the business was. There were multiple employees taking care of the place and helping customers. This is a great place to do laundry.

Clean location. The homeless has been bad here but inside it’s the best in the area. Bobby is super nice and he’s quick with machine repairs and cleaning.

Ever since they opened this location it has always been the best around.

It's a good laundromat sometimes there's some homeless people outside and that can be a little creepy but overall I go there all the time now it's fairly priced and your clothes get done washed and dry in an hour

Very clean on the inside, washers and dryers work perfectly...there could be more security for what hangs around outside.

Seems there's no way to exchange their own coins back for actual money so make sure you have the exact change or bring your own quarters

Ok washers not a lot of water in washing machines not clean

Nicely laid out, clean new machines that I’m pretty sure all work, but for some reason at 4 o’clock in the afternoon on a Thursday more than 50% of The washing machines are filled with clothes that have been washed Minutes if not hours earlier and no one has put into the dryer. Of the 24 dryers. Three are in use. Not quite sure what this means but I figured I would hop on their free Wi-Fi. It doesn’t work either. I think this is a hard pass for next time. I won’t be back.

I spent over an hour just getting the coins I needed to operate tge machines, because the changers would not take my bills.

I started coming here in July 2023 and it was nice but it has been declining after my first month.

1/3 of the dryers don’t work which makes drying time crazy when other people want to dry.

Their payment app is convenient but lately it’s been giving errors.

The owners clearly don’t care.

I'm really disappointed how downhill this place has gone. We used to come here quite often and the last time I was here was three years ago. It was spotless and comfortable. It was such an awesome place. Now it is trashed everything is out of order except one bill changer. No bathroom, the floors disgusting. There is a man who works here that walked out of a back room and looked around and went right back in the room. It's unfortunate that it's turned out this way.

The clientele is mean so don’t go there

No laundry cart. It says on wall return laundry cart. Don't see it. Tape over coin insert for laundry bags and soap. I have to wash without soap.

saw a black gentleman spit in a white guys face completely unprovoked when I left after he was screaming in my face a bunch of anti Asian racist stuff. Black gentleman was allowed to scream in there for over 30 minutes and the employee never came out. Black gentleman left on his own after spitting on the white guy. Unless you are use to this kind of behavior both from the clients and or business I'd chose a different option for laundry.

Come here often but the last few times I have come here have been very very dissappointing. An employee allowed someone to set up their personal items, NOT LAUNDRY, more like a bathroom counter taking up 3 of the tables all while they watched CNN and talked politics. My most recent visit, as I am loading the dryer and putting my coins, this same employee comes up and just starts pressing the settings and tried to hit start. As I stop her she tried to tell me that my preference of settings and what I have in the dryer wont do. Make sure to tell her thanks for making me uncomfortable and I will not be returning.

Its clean well maintained. Honestly I don't like being bothered while I am washing. Im just minding my business and nearly get hit with a broom and get my bag thrown away ( not a trash bag) its clearly a new hand bag for my soap. I understand some people want to chat but not everyone wants to talk. Feels like we get forced into a conversation that we do not want to have even after hinting and I dont want to be rude either but she forces me to seem rude. Other than that its nic

Old system for exchanging real money for store coins. I accidentally ordered more coins than I needed, and they wouldn't refund me.

Laundry Matt is dirty. You change over cash for tokens that you can never spend anywhere else. Nor good. The 3xs load cost 5.50 a load, however you have to use 6 coins to use it. Tricky. I'm here at 8:34am and I see know Laundry attended. My family owened a laundry company before. I dont believe they are changing the lent trap regularly, because it took more than 20 min for a small load of clothes to dry. The dryer never got hot SMH
There's a restroom to use and that is locked. You can't use it if nobody is here. This place also has no wash carts for you to transfer your clothes to. II won't be back. I suggest you find another place to wash too. Thumbs down. Get your business together because it's literally a mess

Place might be clean, but it's a rip off in all other areas. The least expensive washer is $4.75, half the drivers don't work and the ones that do take FOREVER to dry clothes. Bathrooms locked. No place to wash hands. No place to use debit card, (that works). No washing helpers like bags, drier sheets, bleach etc... nobody in attendance. It IS CLEAN. BUT that's the only positive.

I used the small size, 4.75 and 6.25. Not enough water for the washer to clean my clothes. Very high price. With the tokens they finesse you an extra 25 cents because they only give out dollar tokens.

I was just scammed for $1..Dryer 36 does not work. They owe me 20 minutes....and the bathroom is locked...catering to the homeless. I will probably just
pee on the floor!

I love washing my clothes here very convenient but they need to do better so many homeless ppl sleeping in the laundromat and ppl smoking drugs on the side and there’s children around here this laundromat use to be kept up on and clean like I don’t even see staff at this laundromat anymore
