First time ever using a laundromat. Larry was there, and Larry was dope. Super helpful, friendly, generally all round a great guy. He's one of those rare people who seems to genuinely care about strangers, even though they're strangers. I dunno a thing about typical laundromat cleanliness or costs or any o' that: this is a 5-star review on the customer service experience I had here. Would wash again

I went there to wash 3 blankets. I had an issue with coins jamming in the machine. There was a young man there doing laundry and asked him about my issue. He advised to call your number so I did and the person had me go to a different machine and she would remotely start that machine. I did go to that machine and she set it up to use it. I had a good experience. I would wonder how much liquid detergent to use in medium machine. It did not say on machine at all. Nice place and did not take long to wash. I may opt to get tokens next time.

I love this place. Soft water and free dry.. that's right people free dry. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I'm here once a week with my laundry and never have I had a bad experience. Washers and dryers are big. In and out in less than a hour. You can't go wrong here. Try it out!! 🙂

I live on the south side by airport and drive to clean laundry on Euclid the Day Staff is kind and very helpful .the laundry is always clean and they have free dry on tue,wed,Thurs, 7am to 7pm and Sat and Sundays 12pm to 7 pm..love this place highly recommend.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. The water is soft water so use less soap. Dryers work very well so you don't need a 2nd cycle to dry your clothes like some of the other laundromats in Ottumwa. Definitely the best in town. Bathrooms are locked due to vandalism but if you are a regular customer they will give you a bathroom key. Currently they have free dryers on Fridays and $2 off wash on Tuesday's.

I had an issue with my washer dryer recently at home so I had to offsite to wash my clothes. This place i chose just from other reviews and pictures. They have nice large washers and dryers and what I like most is that its very clean in the space itself. I will definitely be back to do some of the larger loads my little machine can't handle.

A place I recommend to everyone looking for a good laundromat! Very clean and reliable. Safe atmosphere for kids, families, college students, and everyone else! 24-7 is super helpful, they have quarter and token exchange machines, snack and drink vending machines, tvs, bathrooms, a community bulletin board, folding service, and free dry Wednesdays through the app! The manager and/or owner is super friendly and helpful. He is always here helping his employees and says hi to everyone. Im moving and will have in-unit laundry but I enjoyed having this great business to rely on! Also a tip I learned- the app works best if you turn wifi off while using it:)

I travel for work and sometimes need to use laundry facilities. This is by far the cleanest laundry mat I have ever seen. The four times I have gone, everything has worked. There is a lady there by the name of Mindy who is helpful and knowledgeable. She can advise what machines to use for various sized loads and how to add soap according to product (pods in the machine but put liquid in the top dispenser). She also cleans each of the machines often after customers use.I am also happy they take credit cards!

Very clean the thing that I found very odd is that you have to download an app in order to use the washing machines and dryers which is fine because it makes it easier. You can use a regular money but you have to get tokens. The machines are very clean and they look like they are brand new so you don't have to worry about getting your stuff messed up, I would recommend going to this laundromat.

If you have to go to a laundromat in the East Austin area, this is the one to choose. IMMACULATE! Spotless (always!). Great machines (I use the 9 x load mega monster and get it all done in one shot!). Perfect for taking your larger bedspreads or blankets too. And... you can track it on a smartphone app and duck into Walmart, knowing exactly when your laundry is ready to be loaded into the dryer, or done.

This laundry mat at has great air-conditioning. 🙂 We have a washer and dryer at home, took all our big blankets and rugs to laundromat. Sometimes laundry at home can get stacked up, and at the Mat you can get it all done in a few hours. We made a family affair, and even met some new friends. Liberty is a great place to live. And I’m glad that ‘Clean laundry’ is available for our use. The Place is clean -bathrooms are clean -washers are clean.

I drove from Cedar Rapids to Marion just to use this laundry,and my experience only got better when I encountered BARB! She greeted me on way in, helped walk me through the token machine as I had never used before, and even offered to help me get laundry in because bag broke! She is a diamond in the ruff! Bad, bad, bad...Came here straight after working night shift. I have always used my credit card to get tokens. Put laundry in, soap, use up the tokens I already have......credit card machine is down. Really???Something this fundamental, should be posted on the front door so u see it BEFORE loading your clothing and soap into a machine. Place doesn't have enough seating and is usually dirty even at 0830 in the morning. And Dex pay is a scam, already has that you want the XTRA wash and charges you extra unless u pay close attention and switch it off. There are better, cleaner places in the neighborhood.site

I drive way out of the way because I love this laundromat. They have newer and more effectively cleaning washers and faster dryers and I can pay by app and don’t have to worry about quarters or tokens. They had a period of time where they didn’t have staff and it was a mess in there and half the machines were down, but I go there weekly and they corrected that very rapidly which I was impressed with. Only complaint I have is one time I paid for dryer and called/emailed for refund during that period where there was not staff and never got refund for those few dollars I spent. But otherwise 10/10 will keep coming here. New Staff is always nice!

The hostess was very professional, she understood that I was not familiar with the machines and that I was not going to do it without help from her. So this lady used an app that would allow her to communicate with me, while she helped me with my laundry I will be back thanks to the kindness of the laundry clerk dont remember the name she called herself by but I'm sure grateful for her. She even was sweet and helped me unload into baskets to put in washers because I am disabled. I really love this place. This is my go to place. I highly recommend this place but is there a way to control how much machines 1 person can use at once? Maybe I’m being silly but today I’m here washing clothes and there’s one group of people literally taking up almost all the dryers at once. Idk if it’s a small hotel business they’re running but it took up majority of the machines. I had to ask to use one because there was nothing avail. We where the only people in the building. Again, i love this place but ain’t no way that’s ok.

Came to this laundromat to wash bedding for 3 beds all at one time. I was pleasantly surprised that this facility is very clean! During our month long remodel, we were without a washer and dryer. Clean Laundry lives up to their name. Attendants are always on duty assisting customers, monitoring , & CLEANING! The machines are American made in Fairfield, Iowa and they work very well. I plan to continue to use Clean Laundry for blankets and washable coats.

It's a great place to go do your laundry if it's not busy, if it's busy be prepared to bump into people and seeing who is going to get a Wheeled laundry cart because there aren't but maybe 6 or 7 of them for the whole laundry room. They give you tokens that have a 25 cent value so get ready to push some coins into the machines. Overall I like it, just don't go on the weekends.Unfortunately they went from tokens to quarters without telling anyone. Now I'm stuck with all these tokens and can't get them exchanged for quarters. Not cool laundry room, not cool.

Really well-kept laundromat. Non-working machines are clearly labeled. I love the online payment option through DexterPay that will notify you of how long is left for your load, too - easy to understand and work through. I'll definitely be coming again, as this is a place I trust to wash and dry my laundry well, and it is a clean and safe environment.

The manager on staff was very nice and helpful. He showed me how to use the machines. To do 5 loads of laundry it cost me $16 to wash and dry. It's also very clean and only took one hour to do all of that laundry. They have vending machines with soaps, snacks and drinks. I will definitely come back here(:

Went in about a week or so ago, place was super busy and it had been my first time there. Caleb was the guy working at the time and lord let me tell you. This man is the bread and butter of that laundromat. He showed me how to use the machines, asked me if I needed help with anything. Then on top of that, that man was cleaning harder then the maids at a hotel, while also helping every customer that had a question. 10/10 only come here now because of him

This is a nice clean laundry mat and a staff member named Christina is one hard working lady, she is one very dedicated, polite, professional staff member. She cleans the place to the best ability as she would do her own house. She shows that she loves her job and that she loves to make the customers feel appreciated, she stopped what she was doing for a sec and hurried and opened the door for me as I was coming out with my laundry, then she went back to her work. She's amazing, and she definitely made me feel like I matter, and because of her I will continue to go there to do my laundry.

Theres so many reason this place gets 5+ stars•VERY clean especially compared to other places nearby.•They have had some kind of special every time I've gone which is awesome and a much better deal than going to the place at my apartments.• it only takes a hr to wash and dry and they have many different size options.• everytime I've gone they have had a NICE HELPFUL employee working. The person that was working name was Sanson and I'm very much appreciative for his help since I'm not used to doing laundry at a place other than my house lol. He helped me with every stupid question I had and was really nice. So thank you so much Sanson, I will be back every week thanks to you help!•oh also BIG THING.... I actually forgot ALL the clothes I had put in a dryer! I had A LOT of clothes, sheets, whole bunch of blankets/comforters and had my 3 yr old son with me running around crazy so I was a bit distracted.... anyways the point is that when I had come back 3 hrs later, my clothes were just as I accidentally left them!!Would definitely recommend this place! I LOVE this laundromat!! We have been coming here weekly for several months. Always clean. Very good prices. 6 load washers and many other sizes. I can use my atm card to get quarters or tokens. They also accept bills (1,5,10 and 20) Special deals every month. (This month is free dryers during the day). Great wifi. And the attendant is kind and gracious and helpful.

Best laundromat in the world! Prices went up a $1.00:on the big washer but it holds 11 loads and the water filtration system they have keeps your clothes in great shape so it is well worth it. This is the cleanest place I've been. They tend to the place consistently. I love the app that lets me pay and monitor the status of the laundry remotely.We live a block away from a different laundromat, but I never use it. It always reaks of smoke, and there are bullet holes in the glass. People light up and smoke inside the building, near the door, but it fills the air and gets in your clothes. This place is well managed, orderly, clean, and smoke-free.As long as they stay clean, orderly, smoke-free, and competitive in price, I'll recommend it.

Very VERY clean place!!! We started coming here because our apartment complex laundromat sucks. This one is just down the road and I will say it’s amazing! The last time we were here, the owners/managers were here and just cleaning everything. Wiping down the washers, mopping, etc. so it’s clean all times of the day.It is a bit pricy, but totally worth it in my opinion. My favorite part is that they have a machine that gives you tokens (25¢). I used to haggle with H-E-B and Walmart to get quarters due to the coin shortage but now I don’t have to anymore!! They have small machines running at $3.25, large machines at $7 and XL machines at $12. The large machine holds a lot!! I fit 4 pillows, a comforter, a sheet, and a blanket just fine in one load.The dryers are 7 minutes per quarter, and so far both times it’s taken roughly 35-40 minutes for the loads we had (:Overall one of the best laundromats around.. seriously!

Came to do my moms laundry, I had 3 loads to complete. I came with $15 worth of quarters. ( it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a laundromat. Not nearly enough money)Thankfully they have an app for laundry❣️and I could use my debit card to get it all done. Thankfully , there was someone on duty to help me navigate.The only drawback for me was the limited accessibility to wall outlets. Brand new place. Not very busy at all. I've only been in there due to a friend of mine was washing laundry in there, so as far as pricing goes I'm not too sure. (I can at least say that he don't like to spend a lot of money so I'd imagine it's fairly reasonable for pricing)

Let's face it...it's never a ton of fun spending time at the Laundrymat, BUT if you have to go, this place makes it more than bearable. I had no idea how use the change machine and the attendant patiently walked me through the phone app. Yep...you can use their app to pay and to start your selected washing machine. I ended up failing at the app, but next time I'll have it up and running. There is good music playing along with the video, Adele was the choice of the day and the attendant was on top of it - never stopped cleaning working and helping folks the whole time I was there. It's clean, if not cheap, but a few extra bucks is worth going to a nice place where there is someone willing to help.

I was in here this morning and Ms. Shelly has not stopped cleaning the place up! She dusted and took out the trash! And I told her to take a break! She deserves it! Now when I was in here the Saturday after Thanksgiving the attended didn't talk or did have as much as Ms. Shelly done! The lady who worked here she went into the office and didn't come out! I have been very impressed and happy with free dry only available on Mondays. It allows space available for those, like myself, that DO NOT like crowds. Clean laundry is always a good place to go. Always clean. Good vending machines. Clean restrooms. Well maintained machines. The credit card machine for tokens has been broken for over a month but otherwise it's definitely the best laundromat I've ever used. Can be a little cramped due to times and days. Avoid Tuesdays and Thursdays, free drying at certain times, but absolutely packed. Its centered in a nice business center too. Bank. Laundromat. Tattoo parlor. Food places. Etc...

I have been going here since they opened and it is by far the cleanest and most friendly place to go. My laundry comes out so clean and in a fantastic timely manner. The deals that they offer is awesome like free dry Wednesday and $2 off Tuesday. I will continue to come back.

“Clean” does not do Justice to how thoroughly spotless this facility is. The machines are modern and high tech (no coins needed) and speedy. You can be in and out in 60 minutes thanks to the efficiency of the equipment. And the owner was there and extremely friendly. Laundry day was almost fun here!

As a college student that gets to wash for free at school, I’d much rather come here instead. The machines are cleaned routinely, staff as very friendly and helpful, and my clothes and bedding are done in an hour or less. If I forget my detergent or dryer sheet I can just buy some here.They also have the option to pay for your laundry to be done for you. Prices are very good and I totally recommend others!

This place has tons of washers and dryers of different sizes, they include two large industrial washers, and two large industrial dryers. The prices are very reasonable I have paid way more to use the bigger machines. They have vending machines that have not only snacks and energy drinks and soda but also detergent and dryer sheets as well as laundry bags and even a coin purse if you want to have one of those. Their machines except not only quarters but tokens as well and they even have an app called Dexter pay where you can put in the machine you're using and then it will automatically deduct the money from your debit card or credit card that's awesome. The place is clean and it looks to be somewhat busy. The only downside is that they play their music way too loud so any communication between you and somebody that may be helping you with your laundry is you will have to yell. But overall a very good experience I would recommend coming to the laundromat at least once so that you get a chance to see what a laundromat should be.RE-REVIEW: The good- Place is still very clean, music is playing at a good level, still has plenty of washers. The Bad- only one big blue cart available and this time it was full of laundry that someone left. Bathroom was unavailable due to loss of the key. And I had to transfer my groceries from a Fry's cart to a laundry cart. Over all this is still a good laundry mat.

My daughter took five garbage bags full of comforters and blankets and pillows to the laundromat and watch them and they all turned out clean and fresh. The laundromat is always very clean never crowded prices are right I recommend this laundromat and on certain days they have free dryers and on Monday happen to be free dryer day.

I love this laundromat. I had a hard time finding a new laundromat when I moved in the area then came across this place. Its so clean. An attendant is always present. They have services for them to wash & fold for you. They even have wash deals from Tuesday to Thursday.

Clean Laundry is by far the best laundry mat I’ve ever used! I’ve been to the 6th St. and the Edgewood Rd. locations and they are very clean! They have tv’s, free wifi and vending machines. Monday is the free dry day and that’s nice to save a buck or 2! As well there is always someone on hand during the day for assistance! I highly recommend using these laundry mats!

I work on the road and use a lot of laundromats around the country . Clean Laundry is Awesome ! The machines are great , the instructions are posted all around , everything's in order and just like the name the place is clean. It's nice to see ppl take pride in their business...A word of advice, they have several size machines for washer and dryer. Choose accordingly and put tokens in dryer as needed because they are really good and dry fast . No need to waste money

This really is a super clean laundromat. It's one of the best kept I've ever seen. Just be careful if you purchase the bleach from the vending machine -the bottle leaked. It's still a great place to launder tho.

I never write reviews but honestly everytime i come here its always messy or the workers aren't doing there job and today i decided to give it another try and boy have i never seen this place so clean before Guadalupe made it shiny clean and she's really nice i walked in on accident when she was mopping and i thought she was going to say something rude and all she said was "its a little wet so you can still walk through just please be careful" super sweet girl i would say💜

The place was very clean. They had new looking industrial sized washers and dryers. We went on a Tuesday for the free dryers. The washer cost was $5.50. You can use tokens ($1.00 each), $1.00 coins, or quarters, or any combination. The token machines take credit cards.The attendant was friendly and helpful.

I come here all the time. The place is almost always clean and decently priced. Typically I get something to drink from the vending machines. Would be 5 stars except for I wasted my money on an expired peach tea from the vending machines and it was nasty.Edit: I spoke with the manager and he was very helpful in resolving the issue.
