I originally posted a negative review about clean laundry a few months ago and have since deleted it...was freaking out about not getting my laundry until doors opened at 5:00 AM the next morning. Truth be told I thought someone came and locked the doors seeing that stuff was still in the washer, but they have an automatic locking system! 😊 felt like a total A$$ because I unloaded on their voicemail 😂😁 Since then I’m a loyal customer of this very clean, safe, accommodating, friendly, and lastly, a very economical place to do my laundry😊👍💖 and trust me folk I have about 10 loads per each visit, so the giant washers are a life saver!!! So just wanted to say I’m sorry Clean Laundry! You guys rock!😘

Love that there are multiple large machines of different sizes. Most of the time I can do all my laundry in one machine. It’s clean (including the bathroom), quiet, and you can pay with your card, tokens, or quarters. Plus there’s soft water and I can use much less detergent in these machines than past washers. Much more efficient than the two tiny washers in my apartment building.They claim you can do your laundry in 1 hour, but if you’re putting everything in one dryer, that’s most likely not going to happen. Overall happy I found this place.

I was doing laundry late one night and I hadn't noticed the sign stating the doors closed at 10pm even though the place closes at 11pm. I was out eating in my car and then smoking before I went in and got my clothes from the dryers. At 10:04 I could not get in. The tried again and that's when I realized the 10pm locked doors sign. I live 40 miles away and only brought them here because I was going to be in dm already so why not. I started to panicked and called the number and left messages and then emailed them. They are out of Waterloo. I thought for sure it was bye bye clothes. Within 5 minutes of my email I recieved a call from the local manager who was able to unlock the door and let me in. That was on a week night as well. I was so thankful he was able to help me and so quickly too! Thank you Sir, you saved me a lot of money!!!! Totally wonderful service. I only give a 4 because 1 star goes to the notice of doors locking is in white lettering and small too. It should be bigger and a red or something. For people like me who pay not attention other than the open and close sign.

This is a Wonderfully Modern Laundry!!! Okay, it's NEW. New machines(and carts too) throughout, did I mention, a new TV to keep laundry blues at Bay. These washers have faster speeds to spin out clothes, this saves drying time. Then, there is a fast WiFi!!! For free, use YouTube, or use your favorite Streaming subscription. I'm sold, I use tokens here, I get up to $2 of free tokens in the token machines. Come with $10 or $20 bill for value buy of tokens. Small issue was password is really needs to be lowercase to work, but SHOWS as UPPERCASE on sign. Not a problem for me. No cash, no problem, use their app !!! They have paper towels, to use after handling wet laundry. Temporary benefit is Super-Wash($1.00) value for free, during COVID-19. Come save money, and get value too. I looked over this review, and realize the owner had wrote it. Nope, just a guy who appreciates, what the owner has offered. I feel like others would appreciate service here as well, and value. A bite to eat is available two doors down. Mmmm good!!!
