The laundry attendant who was here on Sunday the 19th at 4 PM was extremely helpful. She assisted me in a timely manner and even helped me get my clothes out while I ran my son home. She was very kind and professional. I will definitely come back again. Thank you so much!

This was by far one of the best laundry mats I have ever been to. This place had spotless washers and dryers that worked wonderfully dried clothes fast and they were dry. The washers and dryers were all clean and well taken care of.The prices were very affordable as well.they also have dexterpay which is so convenient.

It was a nice clean place. Modern machines. A few were out of order, not a big deal tho.

I do gotta say its very clean in there that is worth the 4 stars. I feel as though being handicapped i feel theres no room to move. I especially don't like the fact I gotta use a card to go here i don't like that id rather use quarters instead.

Washers and dryers are great. I've never seen an employee in here, despite being here between 7-9 AM, usually. Restrooms are never open so that's what's got me looking for another place to go. If I'm going to do laundry for a few hours and spend money, I'd like to respectfully use the restroom if I need to go. Makes no sense but whatever.

Also, the place is trashed every time I come in the mornings. I almost ate the floor slipping on a random dryer sheet.

The store closes at 10 pm at 9 pm the clerk locked the doors and had I not been inside the people in their cars waiting for clothes to dry wouldn't have been able to get their items as the clerks left.

Still not crowded at the time I choose to go, but cleanliness has really gone down hill. I'd venture to say it's more of a disrespectful group of customers than the staff not doing there job.

There were very rude patrons, the music was really loud and not my style for sure. It was Hispanic music I didn't understand. Litter everywhere, no refreshments in the vending machine. Won't return

Rude costumer’s service

Rude worker, girl got an attitude problem. The worker decided to come up to me while I was in the middle of trying to get my laundry out of the machine. Like, say you mad cause you decided to have a job without telling me you mad. There was no point in her acting like a rude worker, yelling at me like I force you to work here. I just wanted to remind you that you chose to work here, the least you can do is be respectful of others. There may be time when you pick on the wrong people.

Rude worker, attitude problem, disrespectful, and also racially motivated behavior from worker. Don’t even know why they was rude for.

The lady at this place is not so friendly went you asked her something she acted like she didn’t understand you especially if the person is Latino or Spanish speaking she’s really raises with Latino people she don’t want to speak Spanish went you asked her for the restroom she acted like she’s not understand what you said she’s really rude wen her own language people

I think if you look at my reviews on Google you’ll see that a solid majority is very positive- into a life a little rain must fall. The premise of operating a laundry that can be completely paid for electronically by the consumer is dope but I will NEVER go back to Clean Laundry on Euclid because it was such an incredibly bad experience because of people who have not taught their school age children how to behave. The poor unfortunate staff person tasked with cleaning and taking out the trash was also tasked with asking adults to rein their kids in. I then stood and listened to the parents make snide remarks about the person who advised them their children’s behavior was unsafe. Love not having to pay with coins. You knocked that one out of the park!

You changed your hours, yet you can’t even have a staff member be here to open the bathroom. What kind of public service keeps their bathroom locked?! Horrible practice to your establishment. We will be taking our business elsewhere

Tried to call costumer service which was supposed to be “friendly” and I was being very patient with the updated payment methods that I hadn’t learned about until today and in the middle of trying to understand how to get a dryer to work the lady gasped dramatically and hung up on me. Extremely rude and terrible serivce

Not clean and bathroom is all ways Locked

Can't even stand outside after walking for 3hrs long enough to call a ride without a rude woman threatening to call the cops on you. No bum just someone trying to get home. You can stick that messy broken down laundry mat where the sun don't shine.

Washed my clothes in a bigger $9.00 washer. No where near full but only got 1/2 of the items wet and they all smelled bad. Had to pay another $13.50 to use two smaller washers.
Happened last time I was here as well.
Would not recommend!

Beware of the over size washers by the front door! They're marked at $4.75 but after you load them and pay it doubles in price! I've called the number a couple of times and left voicemail,but Never got a response. Costed me 19.50 for 2 machines last month!
