Lavandería en South Cedar Rapids: Lavandería limpia en Kirkwood Blvd

The only problem is you can't get into the rest room.

Wonderful place very clean plus all new Dexter washers and dryers. The franchise owner must have spent a large amount of capital to buy top shelf equipment. The price and value is great. I wish they offered tide pods in a package to be offered in vending. All the best.

Good machines app to run them also works well

Really love the place. I used to go to the one on first Avenue before they shut down. There was this lady that worked there And she was always happy and friendly to talk to. I came to the Kirkwood location today saw her it. She remembered me and chatted with me for like five minutes. Great customer service 10/10

Early morning/ Late night time the place looks a mess. The washers could use some maintenance ( for the smallest washer with a sheet set and a blanket ) the items did not come out wet in all areas which means that they were not clean!! And, yes I used 5 pods inside with the items😑 * And This Happened Too * I am in the last stage of doing laundry, and this man comes in and uses the bathroom, which " I " assume was locked because it's 12.35am. On his way into the restroom he said hello to me with a smile, I choose to not respond, trying to complete my laundry and leave. The man exits the restroom and heads straight towards where I am removing items from the dryer and proceeded to talk to me. ( I guess ignoring him wasn't a clue 🤷🏿‍♀️ ) I asked him with the entire place being empty why are you over here, this is when he stated that he was an....Employee.🤯 Now I go here at odd hours and NEVER have I encountered an employee at Twilight hours 🧐 ( No Uniform top ? - day attended ID themselves with a company T-shirt 👍🏿). After being given that information, I stated that his assistant was not needed, and he went back to a parked car. I just felt uncomfortable and I choose to use this platform to express my concerns of a business I frequently. Due to the 24 hours surveillance cameras being in place, I will not allow this one negative interaction keep me away.

Decent place. Didn’t take too long to do my laundry, would come again if I need my laundry done on the road.

Haven't had any problems with machines so a plus. But bathrooms are always locked.

This place isn’t bad. It’s pretty nice. They raise the prices over the weekend but… The only thing that’s really frustrating is the vending machine for the detergent. It has been broken in one way or another for the last 8-9 months. I usually just bring my own detergent because of this but nights like tonight when I don’t have any I think, maybe it’ll work tonight. Nope. I live really close, so having to leave to go to a store to get it then go back is frustrating.

This is a good spot to do the weekly laundry. The down side is the bathrooms are always locked. I guess on the upside the bathrooms are probably clean....since nobody gets to use them. 🤣 Seriously though, you shouldn't own a business, if you're afraid of people using your facilities. It's inconvenient, and doesn't give off the safest vibe....kinda like driving through an area of town with bars on the windows. Also, there are quite a few TV's hung up.....that are never turned on. 😆

Google says it's open 24/7 but was locked up tight at 0445 and once it did open no access to the bathroom
