I love this place! I come here mostly to wash blankets and bedspread. They have machines that take up to 8 loads. The place is kept well maintained and clean. The token machines are easy to use. The price is good since you can fit quite a lot in the machines.

Had the best experience today… LaNya is the only attendant I’ve seen here in years. Upon arrival she saw that I had a heavy load, she immediately came to aid and assist. She held the door for us, grabbed the perfect basket for us, I had trouble with the washer, she helped without asking, she also did the same thing for everyone who showed up after me. She is knowledgeable, friendly, smart and helpful! I have a washer and dryer at home but knowing that someone like LaNya is there is motivation to keep coming back here when I can’t get my laundry done quickly at home! I’m actually hoping that she’s always there whenever I come. She was picking up after people who were littering… She made laundry fun today. 10/10

I love coming here, however, today some young women came in and were messing around and not doing laundry. The employee politely asked them to leave since they were not utilizing the business and were basically loitering and were bothering actual customers. The girls started yelling at the employee and calling her names. The employee remained calm, polite, professional, and respectful. Kudos to her because I wouldn’t have been as kind. After the girls left, the employee came around to make sure the customers were okay and apologized. Shame on those girls for being so rude.

I came here today to wash a rug we use for preschoolers. The place was clean and well kept. All the patrons were friendly and the attendant Cindy was extremely helpful to all. She was diligent on making sure the place was clean and took the time to interact with the patrons and checked if they need help with anything.

Laniya was AMAZING!!! She helped me when something fell under the dryer. 1000/10 customer service

I know there's not much to be said about laundromats but this one is really good. The attendant there is great and keeps it so clean. She's very helpful.

Cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to! The staff is very friendly. Clean restrooms and vending machines full of everything you may have forgotten at home. Not the closest to my house but worth the drive!

This laundromat gets filthy dirty (people are so disrespectful), but then Cindi comes in and works her magic! She is a very dedicated employee who not only cares about her job, but also customers who utilize the facility. Keep up the amazing work Cindi, you are the definition of a great hard worker!

Clean, well lit, great machines, reasonable. My only gripe is not having access to a restroom at night. That's enough reason for me to have to go elsewhere as my only option would have been to leave my clothes and drive to a gas station.

Nice clean laundry a little expensive, the bathrooms all ways locked , dryers get hot fast.

It's always clean. The change machines provide tokens ONLY, not USD currency. That's my only complaint.

Clean place to do laundry so peaceful and quiet

I went here to try it out I was disappointed that the dryer didn’t dry my clothes even when I added more money to have it dry more. The place was a little messy but I didn’t care cause it was very busy. I wish they was someone to help customers when they have an issue. I will never go back to that location but the one is Marion was clean even on busy days if I’m gonna go back to any of these locations, it will be the one in Marion

It's a decent place but I don't appreciate it when I'm doing my laundry and the lady who runs the place is telling me that I can only be there if I'm doing laundry. Basically implying that I am homeless and I'm just loitering. Also the bathroom is always locked so I have to go to the neighboring businesses to relieve myself. Not what I would call ideal.

This is the only place that I will bring my white down comforter and my other bedding since it's soo clean here and the attendant is so helpful and sweet to talk to. I highly recommend Clean Laundry 👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 UPDATE: I stopped doing my comforter & ALL of my laundry at Clean Laundry due to disrespectful foreigners & the local homeless .. I've witnessed both in action and their behavior is upsetting af!

It seems the last 2 months a lot of your machines have blue out of order tape on them.

Not allowed to use the bathroom, sorry but if im here for an hour+ I'm going to want to use the bathroom

Same as others before me,sometimes you need to use bathroom facilities. Maybe allow bathrooms to be open,just check them periodically for tidiness.

Bathrooms being clean doesn't matter if you can't use them. They have security locks with signs that say they can't be used unless an attendant is present. This is a self service place, there is rarely an attendant. I' not a homeless vagabond. I'm trying to pay to so laundry. I had to leave and drive down the road to use the bathroom. I will never return to this or any other "clean laundry facility", this is the second time I've been disappointed with them.

You're trying so hard to prevent homeless people from using your bathrooms you're making your paying customers uncomfortable and inconvenienced.

Oh and this place is way overpriced. Paying with your phone is a plus tho.

Today was the last straw for me. I ended up getting a busted machine. The process for getting a refund of no one is on staff to help is WILD!

Fortunately, due to a stroke of luck, a young lady walked in as I was leaving and helped me.

Her support was satisfactory, and I appreciate her. What is not is the fact that I wrote 5 months ago about the machines and it has only gotten worse.

Now you have moved away from using qtrs to tokens only...

Once I spend these tokens, I will not be back.

Worst laundry mat. They have dryers that don't work and there is not sign letting customers know. No one is there at night. Restrooms are always locked. And the floor are a mess. The place only has to push buggies for clothes. You have to bring your own basket to move from washer to dryer. They is no one that attends at night, if you have issues you are not getting help.

Not enough baskets, Bathroom is kept locked so had to hold it the entire time I was there.

Do not use this laundromat you will get bedbugs

The cleaning person didnt unlock the bathroom for a person has a problem with their stomach issues and was rude and didnt ask any questions

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I carefully stepped around the already drying mopped floor to grab a laundry cart and had paused before moving further, and the attendant yelled at me to “get off her floor”, so I said I would wait, then continued to yell at me and saying no go ahead and grab the cart. I also have had times where the dryer would not heat up to dry my clothes.

Staff are very rude and discriminate people. Iv been on a long bike ride and still have to go all the way to Edgewood area and I had to use the restroom badly and I go in and they told me in very rude tone of voice "unless you are doing laundry here you can't use the restroom." discrimination is wrong. I get it like druggies being disrespectful and doing highly illegal things is not okay but like you can't just be rude like that. You really need to learn to be professional and watch your tone of voice toward people. So I am only putting one star.

Racist, unprofessional and very rude. If you are an immigrant, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This lady looked at my friend and called her a “lazy immigrant” and she doesn’t want her in the establishment. Be warned people.

Literally the WORST laundromat ever. I was hoping to get quarters for my apartment building to do laundry and I didn’t even realize that the tokens would be LEGIT tokens. Called customer service and they basically said I’m out of luck. It’s $4 just to do a small was load out of the $5 that I got tokens for when both my apartment washer and dryer is $1.50 each. They said to ask around to see if someone would want to exchange them, there’s no way considering that I got hit on by 2 guys and started getting uncomfortable so I had to walk out and drive away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

Machine does not have water, says rinse but no water. Had to buy water to put into machines because restrooms were locked. This is clean laundry on SW Cedar Rapids. DO NOT REC, this my first and last time

Gives tokens so you can only use here has no restroom! I do not recommend this place. Would give no stars if possible. Terrible job of not having bathroom facilities and keeping the homeless people at bay. The owner must be heartless, greedy, and scared of the homeless, let alone lazy. You would think for how much it cost to do laundry here you would be able to use the bathroom as a paying customer! Looking clean and actually being clean are two different things. I will not ever use this place again BOOOOOO 🙊🙉🙈

Looks clean on the inside but this is the worst laundromat in cedar Rapids. Not enough machines. Too pricey. I don't use a laundromat that often but sometimes for bigger items it's necessary. It was clean inside. Way too many machines out of service. Do better it's not a difficult business.

Over priced

So this morning we went in to wash clothes. We park where we normally do in the handicap spot. Well we walked in with our stuff and this worker goes you parked in the handicap spot. And my husband goes yes I know iam handicapped. Then she just kind of laughed it made our whole experience very unsatisfied I think we will be going to another location since she was very unprofessional.
