Building and facilities are clean, machines in good repair, reasonable prices, and the machines do a great job cleaning, and spin fast, so they are easy to dry.

Clean, well lit, laundromat with nice wash machines and dryers at fair prices.

Not sure why bad reviews. Went there Sunday morning and found large front loader that worked fine. Dryer worked fine also. I just use this place to wash bulky items I can't do at home. Place seems clean and change machine works, gives out tokens not quarters. Has a debit card reader so you can get tokens off debit card.

Busy place but they're always seems to be just enough empty to get in right away

Very clean machines and laundry

This location stands out because of LaNyia. You can tell she truly cares—about the space, the customers, and the quality of service. I won’t be doing laundry anywhere else.

Clean Laundry is the cleanest laundry in CR. Wanda does a great job keeping the place spotless and fresh-(smelling.

Wanda is awesome!! We came @8:30 am and the place looked like a war zone. None of the machines had any money in it including the ATM. Wonda went up beyond by giving good customer service and rewarded the people that patiently waited for someone to come in and help us. Wanda apologize and and said she was sorry for the inconvenience, and she did what she could to treat all of us like we where important, the right way to start a Monday, because of this lady we will be back. Meanwhile this lady deserves a raise because she is definitely a asset to this laundry facility. Thank you Wanda you have a wonderful day.

I needed to go to laundromat to wash a large rug. I have not been to a laundromat in years. I was so pleased how clean this one was. I wasn’t even sure how everything worked. The girl helping was so helpful and kind. I very much appreciated the kindness. I would easily go there again.

I was very pleased with my laundry day.on Saturday morning I was there and a person named wanda was there i had a issue and she was very helpful she had the place as clean as she could for a laundry mat she is very polite and such a good help. We need more people like her

Had the best service! A sweetheart employee there named "Wanda" not only kept everything cleaned up while we were there ,but also went out of her way to help us load our laundry and whatever else we needed help with while we were there. Excellent service! We will be back!!! Great place!

But if you guys continue to allow people to block off unused washers and dryers because they have too much laundry it's going to cause a lot of issues cuz I know damn well next time someone does it to me I'm going to start a problem in y'all's business that's unacceptable and you should really have signage cuz if they ain't got laundry in it it's free to use

Customer service sucks at Edgewater laundry. Started my cloths to dry. Went to grab change for a 20$, I come back the attended removed my clothes from dryer. I ask her not to do that she proceeds to tell they've been sit a really long time. No only 10 min. the time it took me to go get change, my other two dryer were still going. Mind you there were plenty available dryers not being used. Plus my clothes were still wet. I have dealt with clean laundry in IA city/Coralville area and had no complaints.

No access to the restrooms and you can only get tokens from the change machine. And there was no wifi connection to the vending machines.

After I fell on the curb outside the laundry, I couldn't even get into the bathroom for help. The dryer didn't dry my clothes in the first round. No I didn't overload the dryer. But you have to put the full amount in to dry another 28 minutes 🙄

Typically clean laundry laundromats are my favorite. This location however was too small with too many people and filthy. And it's really not okay with me that you have to get tokens with your dollars from the machine and cannot get quarters.

Usually clean and machines work. Last couple weeks it has been very very dirty and several machines down. Hoping they get the problem fixed. Usually a good place to do laundry.

In here today June 19th. Floors were filthy,full of laundry sheets garbage, windows filthy, trash needed to be emptied.Guy in there just walking around with headset on talking on phone the whole 2 hrs I was there. There was plenty he could have been doing. The only reason I figured out he worked there was he went in office. Really?!?! This is what you pay employees to do just walk, sit, around?!?! He didn't do a damn thing when I was in there!!!!!! Don't like that the don't have cash machines for actual coins. Nice laundromat, but it won't be for long if all employees there are lazy do absolutely nothings. 🙄

My home washer was having a door latch issue so I brought a load of clothes to this laundromat before my new machine is delivered. It was FOUR DOLLARS for a single wash on a tiny machine. The signage claims it was a 2 load washer, but wasn’t even 1/4 the size of my standard front loader. I only brought a small load and my items were falling out of this little machine. Larger machines were $6 and $8.25. If I were to wash my entire week’s worth of laundry it would’ve been at least $40. Absolutely outrageous pricing. That’s just for one person, if it were a family it would be closer to $100.

The change dispensers do not give quarters, only tokens that only have value at this laundromat. What if I only had a $20? I would just lose my $16? That felt intentionally dishonest.

Even more troubling is that facf they keep the restroom locked. Pretty sure businesses are legally required to provide restrooms to customers. Thanks for not allowing me to wash my hands.

I was originally going to just dry my clothes there so they wouldn’t be as heavy carrying back. I brought them home wet and used my dryer. I was not going to spend another dollar in this place.

The prices here are insane. I have not used a laundromat in maybe 10 years, but the coin operated machines in my college apartment were $1.25. That’s for a standard sized machine, not these wash drums for ants. The fact is most people using a laundromat are lower income or renting an apartment without hookups. It is predatory to be charging these prices. Then having the audacity to illegally lock the restrooms. Shameful.

Bathrooms locked. No water in the machine. Cost $6.25 and I paid an additional $2.50 because you get tokens and all I had was a 10. Shorted on tokens. Will not be back. Clothes are damp some still dry. I did not overload as I wanted clean clothes. Will be going to a different laundry mat on the way home to actually have them washed. WOULD NOT recommend.

This is my first time here. You have to change your dollars for tokens. I did that and got shorted on tokens. After touching the dirty tokens I wanted to wash my hands. The bathroom was locked. The machines are dirty and a lot out of order. Thankfully, I just needed to dry. $5 to dry 😕

Very dirty does not appear to have been cleaned for months, door won’t unlock so it’s propped open with dirty clothes.

There are no signs to share the location code for the online app and the coin machine only give tokens not dollars to quarters, so what should have cost me $8.00 to wash ended up costing me $20. I suppose from the business perspective, this is a win, but I’m out $12. I will not be back.

Seriously no way to use the restroom

Half were down bathroom closed during day hrs and nobody. Really very unprofessional

I was there on a Monday night. Very bad experience. I had to go to the restroom I asked the girl on duty to open the door. I had to wait like 5 mins for her to unlock it because she was on was sitting down on her computer. The place was dirty.
