Wonderful place very clean plus all new Dexter washers and dryers. The franchise owner must have spent a large amount of capital to buy top shelf equipment. The price and value is great. I wish they offered tide pods in a package to be offered in vending.All the best.

One of the more expensive laundromats in town, even compared to other clean laundry locations. Probably a quarter of the dryers don't work correctly, and there's a dollar minimum per dryer. You end up wasting a bunch of money, trying to find a dryer that works. The place is always, ALWAYS filthy on the weekends. On top of that, they lock the bathrooms and never have any paper towels.On the plus side, they're 24/7, and the people who use it usually aren't dodgy.

I would not recommend doing laundry here. $15 hold on the app to use the machine on the app. Did it twice and it took my money twice but i could never get the machine to start. I just used my card to get the coins. The dryers after 50 minutes still had not dried my clothes. I had to split my clothes into 2 more dryers and put them all on for 25 minutes again. Thats crazy. I hope all of those $15 holds release back to my card. I chose to come here over the truckstop like i normally do. That will never happen again. This place is poorly managed. Fix all of the broken machines and figure out why these dryers don't get hot. Crazy they don't already know about this. I only gave it one star because the big machines did ok on the superwash. This area definitely could use some people who are serious about a high quality laundromat.

Awful laundromat. Dirty, bathroom door it locked with no way to open it. The vending machine that sells the snacks, soap and dryer sheets apparently only takes bills $1 and $5 but hey let's not put a sign on the machine about that, let's just let people waste time with cards and touchless pay. Oh if you put coins in said machine it eats them and doesn't dispense anything. We tried using coins to get some soap and dryer sheets and it ate them and gave us nothing.

I was coming for about 2yrs and back then it was 4-5stars. However the last few times there’s been issues with coins stuck, being dirty, clothes getting stuck In the drum machine.I wouldn’t be too upset as most laundromats are the same expectation. However this one they’ve raised prices and have an on person staff member that doesn’t do much. It takes 2hrs or more for the whole process. Washing is fast but the drying is so long. I have limited uniforms for work with no opportunities to get more due to the govt shutdown. I can’t risk coming to a place my clothes aren’t safe from being destroyed or not drying.If the raised prices fixed the problems I’m okay with that, but paying more and having the same experiences of a place in the inner city isn’t right. I shouldn’t have to pick which machine has the least dirt In it or ponder if my clothes will be ripped or destroyed.

I have been coming to this laundromat for the better part of four years. It is advertised being able to have a load done in under an hour, and while it is super convenient compared to other options in the area, the quality and price are not adding up.A couple of months ago they changed the dryers to having a one dollar minimum to start, and this would be all fine and dandy, except you waste your time AND money trying to find one that actually works. Not to mention it is still advertised on multiple dryers that you only need 25 cents to start them. They also have a no refund policy which makes it very inconvenient to even get your money back, if there’s even anyone working to begin with.With that being said, the place is absolutely FILTHY!!! I would be okay with raising the prices if the place was actually clean and up to par with appliances. There’s is constantly soap buildup on the machines, cat litter and dirt in the floor, and just an overall griminess to the place recently. For the price I pay per week to do my laundry here, it should be clean and orderly. They had no problem doing that when it was cheaper.Overall convenient for time spent there, but don’t expect anything else. Get it together please.

I’m very disappointed with how easy it is for someone to just break the coin insert part of these dryers… for context I went in the big washers were completely open and someone was emptying the big dryers. So I was using the big washers for my family. I waited approximately 5 minutes for the big dryer to get open after it was done running. It didn’t. I looked for a basket to be able to put the clean clothes from the dryer into- there were no baskets to put them in so I used the businesses baskets after making sure the clothes were completely dry. I leave to check on my kids with their babysitter and when I come back both dryers were open with my clothes spewing out, into the rolling baskets not even close to being dried. I had put the max amount of time on both dryer which is 60 minutes. Which was wasted due to another person being petty. No big deal there I was going to put them back in and start them. Got the one on the right started but the one on the left stole my money I put in and wouldn’t start. I see that it is pulled from the part of it- the panel that hides the wires is not attached to the dryer. So I can’t evenUse it. Switched it to a smaller dryer, hopefully it drys the clothes I have because I don’t have more money to spend past the extra $9 on top of the wasted approximately $10 from the initial dry time.

Went there this morning to do 2 loads of laundry and I was there for a little over 2 hours and while waiting for my close to dry total I had 2 cop's come up to me and ask me why I have been there for so long i said cause I'm doing my laundry and waiting for it to dry !! because apparently a staff member called them saying that I had been there for to long and I was told that I had to leave the laundry mat never new there was a time limit on doing laundry never going back after that

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I've never had a washer machine eat my money before but the machine here stole money from me. The phone number listed is bogus and nobody answers when you call for help.
