I go here all the time. Clean, friendly staff and friendly people. Don’t go late at night as a lot of homeless people or/ and not family centered adults. The machines work great and the 24/7 helps busy professionals that do overnights get clean clothes. Ifykyk. The spot has a lot of food places nearby, which helps if you are hungry and don’t want to wait for it to wash/dry in your car.

I have just moved to the area and my experience here at spartanburg clean laundry has been very pleasant and all employees have been helpful.

24 hours. Parking on both sides of mat so parking nvr a problem. Nice maintenance guy. It is a smaller laundry mat but that’s not always a bad thing I just make sure to do laundry when it’s not busy.

Well broke my boyfriends washer & dryer so in the midnight emergency of a laundry basket full of wet clothes they are open 24hrs & it's cool that they got an app etc. that u can use ta pay so there's no need for a roll of quarters option available yuh feel

24 hrs, 7 gays. Clean, clean, clean. Don't mind doing my laundry when I can do it here! Close to Culver's too for a reward treat for me for working so hard!!

This place very clean and I wash and dry my thing for under 20.00 dollars you should use the 9 load washer it is the best deal going also staff was great.

you can email and so far it has been made right. It is open 24 hours a day, which is nice. Even though people are hard on the machines, maintenance actually keeps up fairly well .I would recommend this laundry facility.

It's nice to have a 24 hour laundromat that isn't trashed and full of wondering vagabonds.

This facility is fairly clean though it is very expensive. You can purchase tokens or use the app to pay. There are generally a few machines down and occasionally you'll have to wait for machines to open up depending on what time you go.

Very nice and clean went late at night, felt safe.

I just looked at the reviews and pictures this laundry matt is always clean it may be very messy at times but it's clean. Not their fault that the patrons have no home training 🙄

To all the rude customers who leave their wet laundry unattended in machines for hours on end please be advised: I will continue to remove your items so I can get my nonsense done in a timely manner. Love that it's 24 hours

Nice and clean place. My problem was that the machines didn’t have enough water to wash. I used two sizes and both were the same. I did have another machine that seemed to work as it should. There wasn’t anyone working there to discuss the issue.

Decent washers/dryers, clean environment, & the fact they are open 24 hours is very convenient. There is a problem of people starting laundry, leaving, and not coming back for hours so their laundry sits there and takes up machines someone else could use. Some people will dry their clothes using four dryers when they can fit everything in one or two machines. I’ve experienced more inconsiderate people here than other laundromats.

I love the location, service and the fact that they are open 24 hours. But in the last year it has become an overnight homeless shelter. There have always been some strange characters at night. But I quite literally had to stand over a man sleeping and exchange cash for tokens. Then I had to avoid a convenient dryer because I would have had to disturb a sleeping body. Three people sleeping on the floors at 2am. Ridiculous...This is a business.

Clean. But customer service is non-existent. We accidentally left a load of clothes and we’ve been trying to get ahold of management and no one answers the phone number provided. There’s no option to leave a voicemail. I have tried to email and leave a message of FB and no one has replied to us.

prices are insane. yet to be seen if the machines actually work. i'll update to 1 star if necessary after service.

Always completely full of people now. Last time I was here was no exception. I needed to use the big dryer so I put the stuff in there (dry laundry) into a cart and was confronted by the owner immediately after doing so. She said it was "creepy" and she apparently expected me to walk around the entire place asking whose laundry it is. Clearly she saw me take it out right away or she wouldn't have been such a snark about it. It's not like I threw em on the floor. I'll be buying a house soon enough and having my own washer and dryer will be a life changing event for me. Only good thing about this place now is the janitorial staff. God bless em!!! 😎

No staff around to answer the phone or help when there’s an issue.. quarter machine was eating everyone’s money. It’s a decent place to do laundry but don’t trust the money machines. Come with your own quarters or use the app I guess. And don’t expect someone to return your money the machine stole 🙄

Unpleasant experience. Half the machines are out of order. The machine to get detergent are my money. I call the phone number posted on the wall for assistance and it just keeps ringing. Dirty environment that is never well kept. And it says $6 for a wash but after you put in the $6 it makes you add another $1. The only thing keeping this place alive is the location, but I would drive further for standard service.

When the quarter dispensing machine took my money & never gave me quarters, I called the number on the wall immediately. Unfortunately I never got an answer, ive called many many times since with the same result. I also emailed the company but got no response. So I guess its just okay to keep people's money instead of running the business right & being decent people.

I ve been reach out to them about week ago their machine door lock malfunction and took my money. But I haven’t heard from them at all no one answer the phone. Update, I still haven’t heard back at all, I know is only 8 dollar.. but one thing I also haven’t mentioned, the app it self also took my money if I got extra in there for like a week or 2.. this place used to be good.. but it went down hill.. machine broken, see a lot of homeless sleep there… place got a dirtier.. what happen to this place ?

This is the fourth time a washer at this location has taken my money without working. I’ve lost a total of $32 due to malfunctioning machines. I’ve called the posted number and emailed multiple times with no response. I would like my money refunded. It’s extremely frustrating to lose money and not be able to reach anyone for assistance. At this point, I do not recommend this place.

Money Machine took my money don’t give me all my coins I was suppose to get , no one was there to even talk to about the issue ended up leaving and going to another laundromat really sucked because they are 24 hours and not far from where I stay

Do not use This this laundry house they charge for hot water and warm water, but you always get cold water machine machines take your money. Nobody ever takes responsibility. The place stays dirty and there's nobody ever here to ever help you and there's something wrong.

Soap machine took 5$ quarters but not giving products... it stopped does not take coins or tokens any more no one to talk to. so I just left going to a functionable laundry

Wash machine says $5.00,however,that is for Cold Water.If you want warm water,add another 50 cents.If you want hot water,add another $1.00...a very deceptive practice. The floor is dirty,and there is a man sleeping on the floor in-between a couple rows of washers.He is NOT doing any laundry. This was a nice place when it opened,but has fallen far down the hill,and no one seems to care.This is my last visit to this laundromat.

25c is not reasonable for 3 mins I am from chicago and 25c is normally reasonable for 10-12 mins. Or Extra large washes for 8-9.75 and then free dry

Place is dirty and filthy

There coin machines are stealing quarters. I put 5 $ bill and get 25c$ less than the number of quarters it was supposed to give me?! Fix it.

Had my wallet stolen and I have been trying to get in contact with someone for weeks to see if it was turned in or just to pull the cameras for the police but number posted and email don’t work. You’re on your own if anything goes bad !
