Drop Off Laundry Service in Whitehall

We pride ourselves on our customer service, so there is no need to separate your colors and whites. We will do so for you. Please make sure clothes aren't within other clothing to help us move quickly to ensure we wash, dry, and fold your clothes on time. 

All special instructions need to be given to the attendant at the time of drop off. If you have expensive wear, we hang dry those items for you. Clean Laundry will do our best to accommodate your clothing needs.

We wash and dry and fold your clothing by itself, never with another order. If, by chance, items are missing, please call our customer service number immediately to begin to search.

We wash, dry, and fold each client's clothing separately. Clean Laundry has a routine tracking system where we ensure you we will not mix clothes. 

You will get a text/email confirming your order is done. 

If you can't pick-up laundry right away, we will hold Laundry for the next business day.

All of our orders are done with a name brand detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. We also use an oxi-bleach (non-chlorinated so it won't fade colors) to give your clothing the extra brightening you deserve. Although we offer plant-based detergent or you can always bring your detergent to use. 

Yes, we will accommodate if you use a specific laundry detergent type. 

We exercise the utmost care for all of our customer's clothing. However, Clean Laundry is not responsible for any items lost or damaged. We will handle each service in accordance with state regulations. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for weaknesses or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In laundering, we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Differences in count must be reported or presented initially, and this ticket presented within 48 hours. 

You can drop off whatever you can fit in the Clean Laundry bag. Please, no dry clean only items.
