Fair prices need to keep vending and drink machines stocked though

The environment is very safe and quiet. It’s very clean in there each time I go. The staff is very helpful and very friendly and kind she is amazing as well it’s very affordable and it doesn’t take long at all to wash and dry would definitely recommend to others and will more than likely willing be returning.

When I went to this location I had my niece with me and the lady who was working was so kind to hold my niece while I transferred clothes from washer to dryer and also gave my niece a applesauce and helped me out to the car with her!

This laundromat is the only one I use because I trust it to be clean and I never have issues with machines. Employees are always so helpful and consistent. I am always satisfied. I appreciate it so much!

I love it . The staff is friendly and very helpful . I visit the one on progress ave quite often and just started going to the one on Franklin recently because it's closer to me but same experience. The washers are nice sizes for a decent price as well as the dryers . It's usually very quiet and peaceful when I go in there . Have never had a negative interaction or bad experience. It's a quick in and out experience for a great price ♥️ I have also did the delivery laundry service and those prices and experience are amazing as well .

Gotta say I’ve only had one bad experience. I was pulling my clothes out of the washing machine. It was full of animal hair all over the place, which was disgusting. I don’t want that crap all over my clothes after I just washed them. People need to be considerate, shake your stuff out and stuff before you bring it to wash it or dry it think of others. The people that work here are always willing to help and the way they clean machines out and everything is top-notch that’s why I keep coming back. I like the idea of mixing the coins with the quarters because I’m tired of coming in trying to get quarters beforehand and people that didn’t even do laundry would come in and drain all the quarters if you’re not doing laundry here stay out of the corner machine. That’s a massive problem all over Other than that. Nothing but good vibes thanks, Clean Laundry.

Amazing place! Great machines. The lady who manages is amazing. Kind patrons. Great experience. We don’t use Laundrymat often, but had a lot of bedding to do. This one is further from our house, but amazing!

It's a nice facility it's just getting a little pricey to launder your clothes but you can get them washed in a reasonable amount of time. I like the manager at the Progress Street location. She's nice and I see her clean a lot.

Highly recommend Clean Laundry on Progress. We were rained out at Ragbrai and needed to do a LOT of laundry quickly. Angel went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Everything worked like clockwork.

Found this excellent laundromat based on the number of positive reviews. Found it to be as advertised, clean, air conditioned (outside temp 90 degrees). Truly liked the option to pay with coins, credit card or the mobile app. The large, clean machines did my doxie’s bedding in one third the time of other laundromats I have used.
My one small issue was the fact that the bathroom was not accessible due to no employee on duty (3:00 - 3:30 pm) on a Monday. Regardless; had an excellent experience and the bedding came out ‘pawfectly’!

Nice, bright, clean place. Everything works. All front load machines, some really big ones if that's what you need. Dexter Pay didn't work when we started. I had to get change, but it was working 5 minutes later.

Beth was a HUGE help today!!! We were having issues with the dexterpay app and I wasn’t sure how we were going to get our clothes dry, she gave me a few tokens to help us out. Thank you Beth we really appreciate your help!!!

The employees are always awesome when you run into them. The machines are always well clean and maintained. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else

Great Place To Wash Comforters

Spotless, well-lighted and efficient. Two sizes of washers. All machines need quarters, but there is a machine which takes dollar bills of all sizes. Nicest laundromat I’ve ever used. Especially helpful resource while on a Red Cross disaster deployment.

The owner, Ethan, is a really great and friendly guy. He really went above and beyond and I saw him working hard keeping the place clean.

This is exactly how a laundry place should be, its very clean and spacious. Comfortable seating areas, television, clean bathroom, vending machines and reliable change machines. Great Place!

Clean facility and friendly staff, reasonably priced washes and advertised free dry on Fridays 7am to 7pm which is a great way to keep folks coming back, would highly recommend.

You can clean laundry and sometimes drying is free which is nice and that's the review!

Also tacos

On Tuesdays it is $2 off of all the washers. Very clean.

I like this place but, some dryers is not very too hot but, please check it out the temperature. This is clean place!!

Love going here for laundry. Only issues I have ever had is dirty looks from people trying to spend the night and they don’t like me using “their” sleeping table to fold my clothes

Good service, clean appliances

It's a nice place but over the months the price of the washers kept going up n the dryers are no longer free on Wed n Thurs which was the whole point of me going. At this point I would rather wash my clothes w a scrub pan. It would save me $20 biweekly.

Went to wash bedding and it was FREE wash n dry this week so I was pleasantly surprised! Very nice. Interested to see how prices will compare to the other laundromats on 87th Street after this week.

I have been coming to this store since it has opened & I would say that I have watched it go down hill while prices have gone up 35%

The woman who was working there was very helpful and kind. I'm not very impressed with the laundromat itself. It's clean, but I couldn't use the app to pay. It kept giving an error message that said the machine wasn't available. When I went to get quarters for the dryer, it mixed tokens with the quarters. The tokens didn't work at the machine. It kept throwing them out. I tried to get the quarters I had already put in back but they wouldn't come out. Thankfully the lady who worked there was able to get me quarters to replace the tokens so I didn't have to waste all of my money. Very overpriced when the conveniences don't work.

I have noticed that this location is definitely clean and well maintained, the workers I have encountered have been absolutely awesome and helpful. The prices are a little better than other laundry mats in the area.
The bad I have experienced is downloading the Dexter pay app and expecting to receive $10 credit (like advertised on the posters in the laundry mat). I actually love the app, as it saves me from having to feed all my money in the machines. Also on more than one occasion I have been in there were the restroom was locked during regular business hours. I can't understand how on a morning at 9 am during the week, or on a Sunday before 5pm the restroom would need to be locked. Not only for the use of the toilet, but also I normally wash my hands and rinse out my laundry soap cap. Kinda frustrated with these issues. I do understand locking the restroom overnight as people can cause issues for the property owners ect

Update: still nothing on the $10 credit for using the app, haven't received anything from using the app to pay seems like a false advertisement. I did email the owner no reply. Although I do enjoy using the app to pay the "perks" of getting $10 after the first use and the claim for receiving 10% back appears to be untrue.

Clean facility. However, I often lose money in the machines and there's no one there, and no one picks the call when I call to get my money. Washing isn't cheap. How do I get my money when lost?

I've been coming here every week for about a year and a half their laundry facilities are clean but due to their new recent policy I will not be back. The dryers used to be 25 cents for the three or four minutes I forget and now they have it set at 3.50 for the small dryers and 4.75 for the large dryers all so they can pay for free dryer Wednesdays. Congratulations you just lost the revenue from my weekly washes.

Dryers didnt get very hot. I had to dry everything 2-3x as long as normal- The token machine dispenses both $1 and .25 tokens so it rips you off. Girl that was working helped with token issue and was nice. I will not be back due to the dryers.

Came in today, as I do often. When I was using the large 8 load dryer to dry my clothes I charged my card $5.00 for an hour of dry time. The machine proceeded to give me only 3 minutes of dry time. I notified an employee immediately. This employee looked at my bank statement (which i presented to him, showing i did indeed get charged $5.00 for 'clean laundry') looked at the machine that read 3 minutes and said "sorry I'll have to talk to the manager next time I see her" i do not know his name but he was wearing a clean laundry shirt and cleaning around the store at 1030 this morning. He acted like it wasnt a big deal. Didn't take my name or my number or any information. So i could be contacted about this. Then he left the store without another word. I would like my money back please. I come here often and spend alot of money at this establishment.

Our clothes got locked in until 5am which was our fault. The doors automatically lock and unlock, we got there at 5:08am and our clothes had been stolen. We had called and left a message in regards to it and didn't receive a call back. Went to both location and no one was there to assist us in regards to this. We understand that they will not be able to do anything in regards to it but a call back would have been professional. We just want to make sure this isn't happening to other people.

Bed bugs. Deleting Negative comments doesn't look good on you.

Laundry gets done in an hour to 1hr 15 mins. But it's too pricy. Deals on Tuesday and Friday, and that's the only time worth going. But the deals are only between 6AM-6PM when most people work and then they have to rush to the laundromat. Hate that more are popping up around town, and if they're so successful, you'd think they'd lower their prices or at least extend the deal times. But they can do what they want, luckily they won't see my money anymore.
