I love this place! I come here mostly to wash blankets and bedspread. They have machines that take up to 8 loads. The place is kept well maintained and clean. The token machines are easy to use. The price is good since you can fit quite a lot in the machines.

Had the best experience today… LaNya is the only attendant I’ve seen here in years. Upon arrival she saw that I had a heavy load, she immediately came to aid and assist. She held the door for us, grabbed the perfect basket for us, I had trouble with the washer, she helped without asking, she also did the same thing for everyone who showed up after me. She is knowledgeable, friendly, smart and helpful! I have a washer and dryer at home but knowing that someone like LaNya is there is motivation to keep coming back here when I can’t get my laundry done quickly at home! I’m actually hoping that she’s always there whenever I come. She was picking up after people who were littering… She made laundry fun today. 10/10

I love coming here, however, today some young women came in and were messing around and not doing laundry. The employee politely asked them to leave since they were not utilizing the business and were basically loitering and were bothering actual customers. The girls started yelling at the employee and calling her names. The employee remained calm, polite, professional, and respectful. Kudos to her because I wouldn’t have been as kind. After the girls left, the employee came around to make sure the customers were okay and apologized. Shame on those girls for being so rude.

This laundromat gets filthy dirty (people are so disrespectful), but then Cindi comes in and works her magic! She is a very dedicated employee who not only cares about her job, but also customers who utilize the facility. Keep up the amazing work Cindi, you are the definition of a great hard worker!

Clean, well lit, great machines, reasonable. My only gripe is not having access to a restroom at night. That's enough reason for me to have to go elsewhere as my only option would have been to leave my clothes and drive to a gas station.

I went here to try it out I was disappointed that the dryer didn’t dry my clothes even when I added more money to have it dry more. The place was a little messy but I didn’t care cause it was very busy. I wish they was someone to help customers when they have an issue. I will never go back to that location but the one is Marion was clean even on busy days if I’m gonna go back to any of these locations, it will be the one in Marion

Worst laundry mat. They have dryers that don't work and there is not sign letting customers know. No one is there at night. Restrooms are always locked. And the floor are a mess. The place only has to push buggies for clothes. You have to bring your own basket to move from washer to dryer. They is no one that attends at night, if you have issues you are not getting help.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I carefully stepped around the already drying mopped floor to grab a laundry cart and had paused before moving further, and the attendant yelled at me to “get off her floor”, so I said I would wait, then continued to yell at me and saying no go ahead and grab the cart. I also have had times where the dryer would not heat up to dry my clothes.

Staff are very rude and discriminate people. Iv been on a long bike ride and still have to go all the way to Edgewood area and I had to use the restroom badly and I go in and they told me in very rude tone of voice "unless you are doing laundry here you can't use the restroom." discrimination is wrong. I get it like druggies being disrespectful and doing highly illegal things is not okay but like you can't just be rude like that. You really need to learn to be professional and watch your tone of voice toward people. So I am only putting one star.
