OH! MY! GOODNESS! Bravo!!! I absolutely hate going to laundromats! Mostly because it's usually so nasty and filled with less than desirable people, seemingly. Let me say, if there was ever truth in advertisement, clean laundry, nails it. This place is impeccably clean, well lit and well maintained. It may be because I haven't been to a laundry in some time but the fact that I don't need money to real is awesome. There is an app, fantastic. Best Laundromat experience I've ever had. Again BRAVO! clean laundry.

Very clean facility! Machines appear new and well maintained. Pricing is within reason and depending on your load. Wash machines range from $3.50 to super loaders at $8.50. Dryers are at standard costs ($0.25) per 15 minutes, but a little extra time for $1.

My wife and I have been coming here since it opened. Some of the times it's a good day others we can't use the app cuz the app is down. But the price is good. We recently had a situation that our clothes were stolen, including my wife's undergarments and mine. Don't know why they want both but ok. There's is a sign about a notice about it, but the owner couldn't have the courtesy to watch the camera (which supposedly they did but didn't). I think it's for them to help the homeless not get into trouble.

The worse place to make laundry. The lady work with his child he look 5 year old. Kids runing around braking the car of the laundry. Lady hiding with child. Machine take 20 dollar for me is broken. The lady give me 4 quater and say she can do much about it

Hotel does their laundry in the morning uses every machine , no coins in the change machine , dryers won't work with app . Much better place at 192 & John Young Pkwy .

Cuando se te presenta un problema y hay un cambio de turno pues no te atiende nadie te dicen que tengo que esperar que llegue la otra persona siendo mi problema que la máquina no trabaja después de haberla pagado, al no tener la ayuda que necesito me hace sentir muy decepcionada

The worst place I’ve been to since living here in Florida! The washers did not work, water was leaking all over the floor. I knocked for an attendant and called 10 times and no one was available or answered my calls! My wash took way longer than expected and I’m not happy! I will NEVER visit again!!!!!!!!

This place is literally garbage. EVERY single time i come here theres an issue. Not only cant you use your own quarters nor your phone to pay for a wash. You have to buy their currency and use it , and the machine to buy it from is down 90% of the damn time. I recently came for a wash and when i went to check on my clothes , the machine was off with the door locked, no one was able to help me get my clothes out of the washer and told me id have to wait till the morning. Keep in mind thats my work clothes. So now i leave early from work to pick up my clothes only to find out its not even ready they put it to rewash. I was told it would be dried and folded by 7am. No compensation for my time, or the hassle of leaving work just to come back and not even have my proper uniform. DO NOT GO HERE.

If I can give 0 star I would. I have been coming here since you open and today 10/7 @1:05pm was the most horrible experience with working. So typically they tell you that they prefer that you use the app because they don’t always have change. I have always use that. I’ve never had an issue today. The app is down I find out after I unload my clothes and then after I unload my clothes, I go to the associate she tells me the internets not working. I asked her nicely it would be nice if you put a sign up and let the customer know at the door they have signs for other things, hand written, and they can hand write that. and told me to get paper and do it myself when in the beginning no one was rude. I only asked her why don’t they do that as a courtesy it makes it easier for the pain customer. First and foremost an associate should not talk to a customer like that then she told me she is tired of everybody complaining it’s too hot in there and she’s not dealing with. No one screams it out loud to everyone. Who’s in there I don’t think that associate needs to be working there any longer, and if you feel you need to keep an associate like that, then you’re gonna lose your customers.
