Always clean no matter what day I come. Can't leave out the $5 massage chair I sit in every visit.

Very friendly worker, she helped others fold their laundry, opened the doors, made sure everything was clean, made everyone feel welcomed, even helped out when there was a need! Very personal and down to earth! Definitely a #1 reason to want to continue buisness there! Machines also wash very well and fast. And dryers take no time at all. Go in with 2 weeks of laundry and get out with in an hour. Clothes even came out smelling and looking clean.

The facility is very clean...even the detergent cups! Ty was constantly working on cleaning the floors, machines and vacuuming the dryer vents. It is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. We will definitely be going back! Thanks Ty for all your hard work.

Sooo very clean! The attendant on Sundays is always nice and kind to everyone. I mean this place is spot less! I like that there is an attendant. This is my second time here and will return!

Needed to use Express service. Called and spoke with Jen who answered all my questions. The driver is super nice. The service is great especially being disabled. Highly recommend. Will absolutely use again!

Staff on shift this evening, and it was a good thing. I put in 3$ of quarters for a 4$ wash. I happened to notice that the machine was not deleting the amount of quarters needed to start the washer. The staff was polite and assisted with the malfunctioning washer. Thanks again for making this evening easier than if there was no staff available.

I have been coming to the Marion Clean Laundromat for three weeks. It is very clean. Everything works well and the attendant was very helpful to me.
I have been to two other laundromats in town and they were terrible. Unclean, dirty and machine's didn't work.
I will definitely be coming back!! Marion is my favorite town to live in.

It's Saturday afternoon and not very busy at this location. I've used various locations but this one by far is the cleanest and simplest one by far. Very cozy feeling in Marion.
Four stars because the parking is not the greatest. It's full of restaurant going people for the places on either side of the laundromat.

Sure would be nice if there actually was an attendant on duty on a Sunday , been waiting over 30 minutes for the big washers to get emptied and nobody has shown up yet . Shame no attendant is here to assure customers have use of all facilities. I’ll probably start going down the road to do all my bedding at from now on . Last time I was here couldn’t access bathrooms and now this . Really a shame . It’s a nice location and good facility.

This was my first visit. I wasn't surprised by how expensive the washers were, although the price scaled up according to "# of loads". Unfortunately, I felt disgusted after being unable to use the on-site bathroom(s) as it/they were locked the same as the "private areas" were.

Clean but pricey
Response from the owner:Hi Ann, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. While we may not be the cheapest laundromat, our guests find value in our machines for a number of reasons. First, our large machines mean you can put more loads of laundry than a typical machine, saving you across your total number of loads. We always include soft water and hot water, you never pay extra for those features, so you can use less detergent when soft water is used. Lastly, our efficient machines that allow you to get your laundry done in half the time. We hope you also find value in these added benefits and hope to see at our Marion laundromat soon!

2 months ago I put in 10 dollars to get quarters and no quarters came out I sent and email twice no response and even left a review and was told to send email what's the point of sending an email if nobody response

I used the one in Marion. I literally rang out towels dripping wet out from both washers. They also keep both bathrooms locked during regular business hours. 3/2024. I DO NOT recommend. Prices are way high. $.25 for 4 minutes dry time. So if you need a restroom don't go here.

Came here for the first time because of the reviews but it will be the last time. Place was a mess, the washers were expensive, only one coin machine was working, bathrooms were locked and shared? I could understand why it's expensive if thing were tidy and working but this seems more of a slum lord situation. Don't come here, there are other place better than this place.

It never ceased to amaze me just how many people, especially law enforcement that don't even know the law. And for a business owner to send 2 of the dumbest criminals with a badge in and ask me to leave because I was sitting inside waiting for a jump start at 20 degrees below and wind blowing. Wasn't hurting anything just sitting trying to get warm. 2 protected amendment rights violated and then threatened. Mmm.📸

First time going to this laundromat and I don't think I'll be back. The floor was covered with dryer sheets, candy wrappers and dirt. There was a bag of garbage by the back doors along with a fast food bag open with contents all over the place. I used the bathroom and there was a cockroach in it. There's also a weird crack in the tiles in front of the line of washers that I used. I dropped a quarter and it came really close to going in the crack. I saw many quarters down there, kind of like it's there for that specific purpose.
