I love coming to Mr Clean laundry!! It's Clean quite the washer and dryer are a 10 the worker she wonderful and kind there washer and dryer are very clean your white clothes don't have a mark on it white as new I would drive all the way to Mr clean laundry before I go to any other laundry mat!!

Nice clean place. They have different size washers so it was easy to wash my large comforter. Only problem no bathrooms.

Staff always cleaning and maintaining..lots of machines..fair prices

I just the location in west allis and love it , for the washers are little expensive it’s in a convenient area and it’s always nice early in the morning. Only giving 3 stars because I keep getting e-mails with a free $10 and there is never a code to redeem or anything inside the app

Odd how it charges my card for 5$ to dry my clothes but before I did anything the app says 1$.... Scam?

It's clean inside but that neighborhood is getting sketchy

One of the two big washer and dryer is broke need to be fixed. That’s the main factor for 💖Big family and you have more washing machine machines than dryers working overall it’s a nice place is clean as quiet. I will. I will come again my first time here today, the dryers seem to be warm enough where I didn’t have to get more tokens so thanks for that

After my last review 2 yrs ago, I wanted to give an update. Clean laundry ain't so clean any more😓 or operating very well. This place has been in decline fast and I would love to see it shine like before. Hopefully people see this and help keep this place a safe clean environment.

Open late, but can't use the bathrooms. Very expensive, I typically spend $30-$40 on laundry. At this laundromat, I spent $60. You don't get actual quarters, only clean laundry tokens that are non-refundable, so I'm also out $7 because I do not plan to return. I don't recommend. 2 stars because it had a decent facility.

Mucha basura en el piso. Baños bloqueados. No hay personal para atención al público físicamente. Las máquinas están bien aún.

Not fair that a person has to use THEIR tokens, and not regular money, i.e. quarters.
Bathroom is kept locked. Second time that I've been here abd that's happened. NOT coming back - even as a last resort!

Went to do laundry and the floor was filthy. I also put money on the Dexter app and it wouldn’t connect so now I’m out $15. Bathroom was also dirty. Trash was overflowing.

I’m an over the road driver staying in the area for the night was looking for a laundromat came across this laundromat on Google which states brand new laundromat Huish machines and after reading the reviews, I will never go here.

Don’t go here unless you want to waste your money! First time here and the experience was TERRIBLE! Only went to dry my clothes and nothing was dry. Not to mention, your stuff would be removed! My clothes wasn’t even dry and someone went upon themselves and removed my clothes to put theirs in. I have a better experience in a “hood” laundry mat. I can leave and run down the street and my stuff would not be touched. Here, you really need to be glued to the non working dryers. Lesson learned

Laundromat is highly expensive. Not affordable to do laundry at all. When going to put one of my dirty laundry in the machines, it was dang near $10. The cheapest I seen for a machine was a little over $4. Now mind you it's my first time going here. I'm seeing kids climbing on the folding tables, water on floor, people not keeping an eye out for their kids, dryer sheets on the floor etc. I even told my friend remind me not to come here anymore. When going to put stuff in a washer. A lady told me that its out of order. They have it in small writing on the corner of the washer. I couldn't even tell. When machines are out of order. Suppose to have it written in big bold letters on paper and taped across the machine. Unfortunately that wasn't the case at all.

This is my first time at this laundromat and my last time! Half the machines and dryers were out of order or a few dryers wouldn't work after you put your money in or wouldn't get hot at all. The prices are ridiculous!! The floors had a 1000 dryer sheets on it, the garage cans was running over, you couldn't get into the bathroom. But here's the icing on the cake.. 2 guys tried to steal my daughter's phone and after she snatched it out of one of their hands and confronted them she called the police and they tried to pull off in their car but the police came too quick. Be very careful at this place and please don't sit anything down: Like your cellphone, keys, anything of value to you. It's a lot of creepy people inside of this place. The one star is for the Ole school music. Lbvs

I would give this a 0 star if I could I don’t normal write reviews but that’s how horrible my experience was. The card reader won’t read your card so you can’t get quarters. There was no atm in the store to get cash so I had to use a 20 which I thought would be 20
Dollars in quarters, no they give you token (which are non redeem able by the way). Each token is work 1 dollar so as any greedy person would do they charge you an extra 75 cents for each machine so you lose out on 25. If you value your money DONT come here.

Horrible….the app doesn’t work?!?!?…and they scam you out a quarter each was cycle..a ducking quarter….step ur game up clean laundry

Don’t like this laundromat wasted 4.25 water barely worked to wash my clothes I had enough room was never over stuffed sheets were still dry in a lot of areas soap just stuck on the sheets sucks they don’t offer no refunds restrooms are locked can never use the restroom definitely will never come back to this location ever

Washers and dryers are clean but bathroom was locked all the time.! No sink to washing hands no nothing. Why were you open a business but no bathroom use and no sink to washing hands? I’m just gonna say too stingy this location.

Place makes no sense have to use coins for the washer and dryer but can only buy soap dryer sheets ext.. with a credit card not everyone has those
