I go here all the time. Clean, friendly staff and friendly people. Don’t go late at night as a lot of homeless people or/ and not family centered adults. The machines work great and the 24/7 helps busy professionals that do overnights get clean clothes. Ifykyk. The spot has a lot of food places nearby, which helps if you are hungry and don’t want to wait for it to wash/dry in your car.

Susan (aka Sue) at Clean Laundry is absolutely perfect if I do say so myself! I’m new to the area and from the moment I walked in, she made me feel truly welcome. She took her time to explain the community to me, answered all my questions, and treated me with kindness and professionalism that’s rare to find.
Sue is down-to-earth, humble, and made me feel like I met not just a great staff member—but a new friend and sister. The facility itself was spotless, the equipment was well-maintained, and the bonus of having a grocery store in the same plaza meant I could take care of two things at once.

My one small issue was the fact that the bathroom was not accessible due to no employee on duty (3:00 - 3:30 pm) on a Monday. Regardless; had an excellent experience and the bedding came out ‘pawfectly’!
The store is very kept up and clean. The bathrooms were very clean and the machines worked without issue using the app. There was no guessing as I waited for the wash and dry to complete thanks to the app.
Will come again on my next trip to Florida in this area.

Washing Machine prices range from $4.00 for a 2 load to $12.00 for a 9 load. Dryers are all $.25 for 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. The whole place is wonderfully clean.
I came in with 8 loads and was in and out in 1 hr 15 mins. Highly recommend!

The facility was super clean, plenty of open spaces. The whole place smelled like weed which might bother some people.
Washers range from $5 to $13 for 25 minute use and the dryers are $0.25/5 minutes. They don't take card but you can convert cash into quarters or download an app and pay that way.
I didn't use the bathrooms or other amenities but there was an employee cleaning the shop the whole time I was here. I brought my own basket but I did notice there weren't that many.
I would recommend this place!
Wednesdays the dryers are free if you use the Dexter Pay app to pay. We had about 5 loads of laundry and used 2 of the 4x load washers that were $6 each. So we paid $12 for all of our laundry. Very pleased.
Best customer service just like the first time!!! I was having issue with the locker to retrieve my clothes and they helped me with a smile.

I was nervous to come here today for the first time to leave my cloths for wash dry & fold service, especially since yesterday i had a really bad experience with the lady that works at another laundromat place call Busy Bubbles(left a review there as well). The moment i walked into Clean laundry i liked it everything was so clean, smelled good and specially The service of the blonde lady that wears glasses made me feel welcomed like if i been coming here for ever. The way she explained to me everything, from the services they offer to having the option of picking up my cloth from the lockers . That was awesome!! Thank you for making me feel welcomed i can assured you that you will have my business from now on.
Estaba nervioso por venir aquí hoy por primera vez para dejar mi ropa en el servicio de lavado, secado y doblado, especialmente porque ayer tuve una muy mala experiencia con la señora que trabaja en otra lavandería llamada Busy Bubbles (también dejé un review allí). ). I would like to give it 4.5 Stars :).
I have been to two other laundromats in town and they were terrible. Unclean, dirty and machine's didn't work.

I went on Sunday July 9th, 2023. There was personnel in place cleaning the machines as people were using them. She was doing a good job, especially with the filters in the dryers. It is important that the filters in a public laundry facility be cleaned constantly; so good job on taking care of that detail.
The place was clean, the staff present that day was welcoming and helpful. She was dedicated to her job that's for sure.
I am giving them a 4.9 because they aren’t open 24/7 lol but I rounded up to 5 stars ☺️ Closing at 10pm daily is pretty late so that’s convenient enough.
This will for sure be our go to laundromat when we were in town!
Monday: Not so busy even after 5pm. I met the owner today and he was super nice.

The guy that is always working keeps it very nice, we come in once a week and we have no complaints,we travel a lot and have only happened upon a couple of places like yours.

increased a month ago have increased 1.50 more. However the free drying days are LONG gone and the snack machine never has snacks and even those prices have increased tremendously. I love the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the laundromat but with these prices increasing every few weeks to months I may start looking for a new place to wash my laundry. These prices are increasing too frequently and there’s nothing for the customers in return.
I finish work at 8pm, rush to get my laundry together and to the laundromat by 9 at the latest and it seems most of the time they are already locked. First time it happened the lights were still on but the door was locked. The single employee said it was because they were slow and I could come in to do my laundry. I declined. She made me feel like I was putting her at an inconvenience.
PLEASE KEEP THE DOORS UNLOCKED UNTIL 10PM!!
**EDIT** 10/15/25 ... In the beginning, there were signs that said the last wash was at 10pm. Meaning they lock the doors at ten so you can't get in after ten and if you leave, you can't come back, but you can finish your laundry as long as you get in before ten o'clock.
Today I get there at 9:15ish pm only to find out that the credit card machine is broken and you have to have cash. Also, the token changer, to make quarter tokens, is broken. So I go get cash, I come back in less than 15 minutes, and the guy refuses to make change for the dollar token, telling me that there's not enough time to wash my clothes.
SUPER UNHELPFUL. I've never had this happen before. I guess my clothes will stay in my car until tomorrow.
Agent is constantly cleaning to ensure a clean and hygiene environment
Also, the place is trashed every time I come in the mornings. I almost ate the floor slipping on a random dryer sheet.

Four stars because the parking is not the greatest. It's full of restaurant going people for the places on either side of the laundromat.

- coin machines give out tokens, not coins, so if you put a $20 bill in you're spending $20 here.
- dryers require 4 token minimum to start. Not uncommon, but 4 tokens gives you 20 minutes. Add 4 more tokens while it's running and you only get 16 minutes.
- other than that, it's trashed at 5am when it opens.
Edit: 8-19-25.... Count 10 machines that are out of order. 4 of them have been out of order for weeks now. Im here every week to do laundry. Still a great place but pretty soon there wont be any machines working
Edit: 9/15/25..... Same machines are still broken and looks like a few more added to it. Attendant was like, yea idk when they're gonna be fixed. Its now all of the 2 load washers broken. Are you forcing us to spend more by not repairing faulty equipment???
When you leave anything behind, they don’t put it in their employee area, they just leave it where it is overnight even though they know “homeless people come in and take what’s left.”
The place was usually clean though which is nice. And the machines aren’t nasty like they are at some other laundromats.
The manager is particular about how you close the doors of the machines and will confront you if you don’t do it how he likes. Which is awkward and, in my opinion, unnecessary.

A couple change machines for cash or card, which is nice.

Machines are a bit on the higher end. Almost 10 bucks for a 6 load machine.

The place is very clean. & you can come with a debit card & get quarters.

They have turned the air up so much it is usually cooler outside. The rates have also increased.
I have been going here since they opened its a shame they just don't seem to care anymore.

Stays locked, no one there to let you in, and there is not even a sink available. I probably won’t return there for those two reasons. Who wants to wash clothes and can’t use the restroom, that’s not very convenient for paying customers.
On the plus side, they're 24/7, and the people who use it usually aren't dodgy.
Bathroom is kept locked. Second time that I've been here abd that's happened. NOT coming back - even as a last resort!
Also, you only get 20 minutes of dry time for $1.00😐
Our dryers can typically dry a full load in 20 minutes, which is why we have them set to that time, but sometimes more time is required depending on the size of the load and type of clothing. Additional time can be added if needed!
We hope you give us another visit for a 5 star experience!
The bad I have experienced is downloading the Dexter pay app and expecting to receive $10 credit (like advertised on the posters in the laundry mat). I actually love the app, as it saves me from having to feed all my money in the machines. Also on more than one occasion I have been in there were the restroom was locked during regular business hours. I can't understand how on a morning at 9 am during the week, or on a Sunday before 5pm the restroom would need to be locked. Not only for the use of the toilet, but also I normally wash my hands and rinse out my laundry soap cap. Kinda frustrated with these issues. I do understand locking the restroom overnight as people can cause issues for the property owners ect
Update: still nothing on the $10 credit for using the app, haven't received anything from using the app to pay seems like a false advertisement. I did email the owner no reply. Although I do enjoy using the app to pay the "perks" of getting $10 after the first use and the claim for receiving 10% back appears to be untrue.

Why do you guys keep her around when she can't even finish her own shifts. She's not helpful at all. I rather have dirty clothes than to keep going to this place if she's still employed. That girl needs a serious class on customer service.

There is a snack machine, but half the inventory space is dedicated to laundry supplies and is also priced very high.
You would think that an owner would show appreciation to someone patronizing their business by extending good faith. Nope....just give me more of your money for not much return on your part.

Today was the last straw for me. I ended up getting a busted machine. The process for getting a refund of no one is on staff to help is WILD!
Fortunately, due to a stroke of luck, a young lady walked in as I was leaving and helped me.
Her support was satisfactory, and I appreciate her. What is not is the fact that I wrote 5 months ago about the machines and it has only gotten worse.
Now you have moved away from using qtrs to tokens only...
Once I spend these tokens, I will not be back.

Alrededor de las 9:00 p.m., cuando estaba colocando ropa en las secadoras y me disponía a poner otra carga a lavar, la empleada me indicó que ya no podía hacerlo debido al horario. Le expliqué que no estaba al tanto de esa regla y acordamos que mientras mi ropa se secaba ,iba a lavar mi ultima tanda de ropa y que dicha ropa me la llevaria mojada , a lo cual ella accedió.
Posteriormente, tuve un inconveniente con las secadoras: una máquina me dio 35 minutos por $1, mientras otra solo me dio 18 minutos por $1.25. Intenté pedirle ayuda a la empleada de manera respetuosa, llamándola varias veces, pero ella que en ese momento caminaba justo en frente de mi ,me ignoró y continuó caminando hasta la oficina .Finalmente, me respondió de forma grosera y en tono elevado desde la oficina “Yo no se “..Procedo a regresar a la secadora .La empleada tambien sale de la oficina y me responde que se debia a que una secadora era mas grande que la otra ( cosa incierta porque al usar una tercera secadora pequeña también por $1 me marco 18 minutos y no 35 como la primera) cuando le digo que eso era lo que tenia que responderme en vez de gritarme “Yo no sé “ .su respuesta fue “estas no son horas para estar reclamando nada”.
Cuando le expresé que su trato no era adecuado y que necesitaba su nombre ,su actitud se volvió aún más agresiva. En todo momento se dirigió a mí gritando, afirmando que no eran horas para hacer reclamos, y llegó incluso a amenazar diciendome “Si Yo quiero le llamo a la policia para que la saque , sin motivo alguno.
La Sra .Marlene me grito “Yo llevo muchos años trabajando aquí ” y me dijo que esto no era Publix y que esto era una empresa privada .No entendí a qué se refería con que era una empresa privada ,ya que allí a mí no me regalan nada .Yo pago por el servicio recibido .
La situación escaló innecesariamente, generando un ambiente incómodo frente a otros clientes. Además, realizó una llamada telefónica en la que, según pude percibir, le pidio a otra Cliente que estaba alli ,para qué hablara con la persona que ella tenia en el teléfono ,y esa cliente no podía explicar nada de lo sucedido porque ella no habla español ,y la empleada y Yo solo hablamos en ese momento en el iidioma español ,por lo que la empleada trato u
de proporcionar información incorrecta sobre lo ocurrido, tergiversando los hechos y presentándome de forma negativa.
Quiero resaltar que a un Sr. que también estaba alli ,la empleada también se dirigio de marera brusca , y el señor le dijo a la empleada que estaba mal y que no eran maneras de tratar a los Clientes .

Su cierre es 10 y A las 9:30 pm Yo terminé de lavar y me fui y me llevé la Última ropa mojada (era lo que habíamos acordado ),sin embargo allí quedaron dos clientas que aún no habían terminado de secar su ropa .
Quiero dejar claro que en ningún momento actué de forma irrespetuosa ni intenté incumplir las normas deliberadamente. (Ustedes pueden revisar sus camaras )Mi única intención fue utilizar el servicio y recibir ayuda y un trato adecuado ante un problema con las máquinas.
Considero inaceptable el trato recibido, especialmente de una persona que trabaja en atención al cliente .Para Marlene el hecho de solicitarle su nombre ante un trato inaceptable ,fue motivo para amenazarme con llamarme a la policia para que me sacaran de la lavandería .Este tipo de comportamiento no solo afecta la experiencia de los clientes, sino también la reputación del establecimiento.
Solicito respetuosamente que este incidente sea revisado y que se tomen las medidas correspondientes,a los fines de mejorar el buen trato necesario a cada cliente .

It looks like the place is clean but machines are dirty usually.
Dryer also runs cooler than other places so if you were drying low heat, you’ll need to use more coins.
At the time, my wife was at the hospital with her her sister and I was at work, so nobody was able to pick up the clothes before closing. When I returned the next morning, most of my daughter’s clothes and some of my wife’s were missing.
This is extremely upsetting. Someone removed our clothes from the dryer, and between that moment and when they were taken to the back, several items went missing. I don’t know who handled them, but we really need our clothes back and we not just gon let it go!!!
This is completely unacceptable. These were personal belongings, including children’s clothing, and they did not simply “disappear.” Either there is no security, no monitoring, or staff handled items irresponsibly.
I am asking the owner/management to contact me immediately to return my missing clothes or explain what happened. If this is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and warn others about using this location.
My hotel dryer is broken, so you can imagine how frustrating this is. 👎
No working quarter machine so make sure you have card. Door stuck wide open in winter weather. Dirty as all hell inside. Will not be back.

I wouldn’t be too upset as most laundromats are the same expectation. However this one they’ve raised prices and have an on person staff member that doesn’t do much. It takes 2hrs or more for the whole process. Washing is fast but the drying is so long. I have limited uniforms for work with no opportunities to get more due to the govt shutdown. I can’t risk coming to a place my clothes aren’t safe from being destroyed or not drying.
If the raised prices fixed the problems I’m okay with that, but paying more and having the same experiences of a place in the inner city isn’t right. I shouldn’t have to pick which machine has the least dirt In it or ponder if my clothes will be ripped or destroyed.
Yep, like I thought. My clothes were not clean when they were done. They still even smelled and had dirt. It was not overloaded either. What a rip off!
A couple of months ago they changed the dryers to having a one dollar minimum to start, and this would be all fine and dandy, except you waste your time AND money trying to find one that actually works. Not to mention it is still advertised on multiple dryers that you only need 25 cents to start them. They also have a no refund policy which makes it very inconvenient to even get your money back, if there’s even anyone working to begin with.
With that being said, the place is absolutely FILTHY!!! I would be okay with raising the prices if the place was actually clean and up to par with appliances. There’s is constantly soap buildup on the machines, cat litter and dirt in the floor, and just an overall griminess to the place recently. For the price I pay per week to do my laundry here, it should be clean and orderly. They had no problem doing that when it was cheaper.
Overall convenient for time spent there, but don’t expect anything else. Get it together please.

Use it. Switched it to a smaller dryer, hopefully it drys the clothes I have because I don’t have more money to spend past the extra $9 on top of the wasted approximately $10 from the initial dry time.
Why do the 3 load washers say $5.50? It took $6.50 to run. And that's the smallest size?? I was unable to wash work clothes separately as they only took up half of the smallest machine.
The dryer also took an extra 2 quarters from me.
Bathrooms were also locked so I couldn't wash the grime from their tokens off my hands.
Oh yeah, they don't take quarters they have their own tokens so you can't go to another laundromat.
The benches they have are UNCOMFORTABLE and STINKY. And if you try to sit in the comfortable massage chair without paying it triggers an alarm.

I literally only come here when I need to do laundry after 9pm.
There's a restroom to use and that is locked. You can't use it if nobody is here. This place also has no wash carts for you to transfer your clothes to. II won't be back. I suggest you find another place to wash too. Thumbs down. Get your business together because it's literally a mess
Dollars in quarters, no they give you token (which are non redeem able by the way). Each token is work 1 dollar so as any greedy person would do they charge you an extra 75 cents for each machine so you lose out on 25. If you value your money DONT come here.
There is in fact a restroom. In fact, our laundromat is located in a strip mall that you would have access to approximately six other restrooms, if you were unable to locate our Laundromat restroom in our 1000 square-foot space, avoiding exposing yourself / relieving yourself in a public space.
In the future, should you not be able to locate the restroom or need help operating any of the equipment. May you please reach out to myself (Stephenie) the manager, by calling the phone number and listed on the office door? That is a more appropriate place to address a concern like this versus a 1 star Google review & publicly announcing your avoidable inappropriate exposure in a public space. An AC repair came in to help fix I guess the situation and she repeated to him "No English".
He simply said "No repair then" and walked out. She just laughed 🤣 🤣. Not cool.

I arrived to find someone filling all four of the single load washers, rather than using any of the dozens of washing machines for larger/multiple loads.
I don’t know if this is a common practice, but the washers are not available for customers who have only a single load.
I only came here because Liberty Laundry is closed due to a power outage. I normally do my laundry around two or three a.m., between work shifts.
I can’t return to work until I have clean clothes. This is ridiculous. Isn’t there an attendant? Someone who is supposed to prevent this kind of inconsiderate behavior which is driving new customers away????
Edit: I finally got in. Have downloaded the app. Pushed the button to pay the $4.00. Got an error message that claimed insufficient funds. Then I got the notice from my card that they had tried to charge me $25 for the $4 charge I authorized! Thank goodness there was less than $25 in that account or I’d be screwed!!
The attendant still doesn’t know how to fix this.
Further edit, attendant says the computer is down, there’s nothing he can do. Now my dirty laundry has detergent all over it and I have to pull it out and go find another laundromat.
I’d give this place zero stars if it were possible to do so. Don’t use their app to pay, they will steal over $20 from you if you do. Do not expect the machine to work. Do not expect the charge to be limited to what you authorized.

However, when I tried to talk to her she said, “I no speak English” and rolled her eyes at me with a rude attitude. I’m praying to God that’s not who they have in charge right now because she is no help at all!! Someone in charge here or the owner needs to do something because this is ridiculous. I want to be compensated for the money I’ve lost!!
I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to your laundromat on January 19th, between 4 PM and 6 PM. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees during this time.
I accidentally deposited $5 into the wrong machine and approached the employee, a Caucasian woman, to request assistance with retrieving the money or transferring it to the correct machine. Instead of helping, she responded with a dismissive and rude attitude, stating that it was my fault for using the wrong machine. I found her manner unprofessional and unkind, especially given that I am not familiar with using laundromats as my home washer recently broke.
When I returned later to dry my clothes, I again sought her help to understand why my request was handled this way. To my surprise, she threatened to call the police, despite the fact that I remained calm and respectful throughout our interaction. This occurred in front of other customers and my four-year-old son, which left me feeling humiliated and embarrassed.
The situation escalated unnecessarily, and she locked herself in the office, presumably speaking to the police. I am currently waiting outside to explain my side of the story to law enforcement.
I believe that no customer should be treated in such a manner, especially when seeking basic assistance. I strongly urge you to review this incident, as this employee’s behavior does not reflect well on your establishment. Her unwillingness to provide her name also raises concerns about accountability and transparency.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider appropriate action to ensure that future customers do not face similar experiences.
