Response from the owner:Hi Adriel, We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. Our restrooms are accessed by our attendants to ensure that they are always clean and used only by our guests. Unfortunately, it seems we did not have staff during the time you experienced. If you are onsite during the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm Central Time Zone [Monday-Sunday] and there isn't an attendant onsite, our Clean Laundry Help Desk is available to remotely unlock the restroom door for you. Their phone number is posted in the laundromat. Again we apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback and for visiting our E Euclid Ave laundromat!
