Not only was this place very clean, convenient and functional with available staff on hand, right before I could finish transferring my clothes from the dryer into a basket, one of the staff was cleaning a folding table that had just become available just in time for me to fold my clothes. Awesome!

Walking in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help, the place is clean and inviting.Washers cost a lil much but it's only like 23 minutes to wash so it definitely saves you time. 3 load washer is $5, 4 load is $6.25 and 6 load is $9.25..all for the low normal/ cold setting. I think the fact that hot water cost extra is kind of excessive though.Drying is 25cents for 4 minutes in the 5 load, 25cents for 3min in the 8 load...took 20 minutes to dry a full basket of clothes on hot! so again on saving lots of time. P.s. towels take 8 min extra.You're welcome! Lol

Customer service was great. It was the cleanest laundry mat I've used in Toledo and quiet. I went in the morning, so im sure they're busier at night. It was convenient to download their app and get a 5$ coupon for being a new user. This will be my laundry mat now ☺️

Clean Laundry- One of the men who works here, is AMAZING. I’ve always come in and he has a warm welcome to greet me, always cleaning up, making sure doors are 100% closed, and has helped me even carry my laundry while I was 8-9months pregnant. I dont write reviews often-but he deserves to be rewarded!He has also helped me in times of need with drying my clothes & he absolutely never has to do that!I will always appreciate seeing his face when I come to do my laundry. It’s like he was someone I was meant to meet in my life.-Little Miss-

Clean. Helpful staff. Would be nice if ( in app) the machines you were using changed color so it was easy to keep track of them. It was loud so I couldn't hear my timers go off and I ended up writing down which machines I was using.

I like the laundromat as a whole. My only issue is that I can never find an attendant to even attempt to get any help and the point system is only able to be accessed by them and I've had to go elsewhere for the last couple of times for change to complete the laundry I was already in the middle of doing. Other than that it's typically a clean place to get it done and it doesn't take forever to do it here.

First time here. Washer broke on 2nd load. Couldn't get my clothes out. Machine locked. Attendant tried to get it fixed, trouble shoot problem. I had to leave clothes there. Not a good 1st impression. Don't know if I'll be back.

My wife and I used to LOVE this Place when they initially opened. Even though they were a tad bit on the expensive side, and the location wasn't rhe closest - the newness and tge cleanliness were unmatched. I bragged about it to everyone I knew ..however, on the last THREE trips there was a young brunette female on duty and when I asked to please use the restroom in order to wash what I was wearing, she proceeded to let me into the restroom and within 30 seconds yank the door open and look in... not evens ayibg she was sorry? The second time she did this she was with another male customer who was actually staring at me in my underwear for what felt like forever before they even closed the door. I brought this to the manager's attention and all he could say was " I'll talk to her about knocking first". Last time I pay $6.99 a washer to wash my clothes and another $1.89 to dry them. I am going back to CoinLess Laundry

I’ve been going here since the place was new and the owner would always be there and it’s been great up until recently. Today was by far the worst experience I’ve had there. It was pretty busy, which is normal, but there was not one staff member in sight. I only say this because the place was a disaster. Someone was blaring music through the tv, nothing but slurs and curse words, when there were little kids there. We’re not at the club, this is a laundry mat that’s supposed to be family friendly. On top of that, people were claiming carts that they weren’t using. A lady was literally sitting down on her phone and had a cart next to her with her purse inside of it so there were no other available ones. Other people claimed carts by putting nasty empty trash bags in them in front of their washer. Where are the workers?? And sooo many people don’t pick up their clothes when it’s done and they’ll sit there for 30+ minutes taking up a spot for someone else! Not only that, it was gross throughout the place and so many washers and dryers were broken. I’m sorry but you raise your prices like crazy but lower your standards? I spent $50 on laundry that should have been $25 max and with that experience I don’t know if I’ll put another dollar towards that place. Disappointed fr.
