Love my laundromat! They’ve got big, beautiful washers that can fit it all in one go. The dryers work great and won’t break the bank. Always kept clean and the staff are helpful! Best part? They’ve got the biggest machines in town.. perfect for big loads and getting things done more efficiently. Show them some love ❤️

This is the nicest laundromat I have ever been to. They have 2,3,4, 6 & 9 load washers and 3, 5 & 8 load dryers. All machines are new and they have soft water.
Washing Machine prices range from $4.00 for a 2 load to $12.00 for a 9 load. Dryers are all $.25 for 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. The whole place is wonderfully clean.
I came in with 8 loads and was in and out in 1 hr 15 mins. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using this laundromat. They have great prices, clean environment and a variety of machines to use. I took my grandkids and Shayna( sorry if I spelled it wrong) the attendant helped them connect the wifi while I was doing my laundry. She was very friendly. My grands said they have good wifi and good movies🤣. Overall great experience and I will be returning. Blessings 💚

I’ve been coming here since there was free drying on Tuesdays & Thursdays then it was changed to Tuesday only which was fine. My problem is all the amenities have been stripped yet the prices keep INCREASING. I’m aware that prices do increase overtime but the increase here is rapidly increasing seems like every month or two. The huge washer within the last 4 months has gone from $10, $11, 12, now $12.50. Today I used the $8 washer that was recently increased like a month ago as of today it’s now $8.75, even the small washers that were recently
increased a month ago have increased 1.50 more. However the free drying days are LONG gone and the snack machine never has snacks and even those prices have increased tremendously. I love the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the laundromat but with these prices increasing every few weeks to months I may start looking for a new place to wash my laundry. These prices are increasing too frequently and there’s nothing for the customers in return.

You can download and use an app which is convenient. Place is pretty clean. Some of the machines were out of order.

I love this place as it is conveniently located and usually very clean. My only beef, and what makes me give only 4 stars, is the fact that on multiple occasions the doors are locked and lights off at NINE pm when they are supposed to be open until 10.
I finish work at 8pm, rush to get my laundry together and to the laundromat by 9 at the latest and it seems most of the time they are already locked. First time it happened the lights were still on but the door was locked. The single employee said it was because they were slow and I could come in to do my laundry. I declined. She made me feel like I was putting her at an inconvenience.
PLEASE KEEP THE DOORS UNLOCKED UNTIL 10PM!!

**EDIT** 10/15/25 ... In the beginning, there were signs that said the last wash was at 10pm. Meaning they lock the doors at ten so you can't get in after ten and if you leave, you can't come back, but you can finish your laundry as long as you get in before ten o'clock.
Today I get there at 9:15ish pm only to find out that the credit card machine is broken and you have to have cash. Also, the token changer, to make quarter tokens, is broken. So I go get cash, I come back in less than 15 minutes, and the guy refuses to make change for the dollar token, telling me that there's not enough time to wash my clothes.
SUPER UNHELPFUL. I've never had this happen before. I guess my clothes will stay in my car until tomorrow.

Always clean and machine kept up

It's a nice laundry mate with up to date washers and dryers. The only thing I do not like is, they don't give out change. They use tokens and regular coins and the tokens are not refundable. They said free drying on Tuesday.

Unfortunately the experience today with the laundromat was not the best. Usually it’s not bad but today I came around 7:30am to wash clothes and paid $20 for it. As soon as I go back to my car power goes out and washers do not work anymore. Understandable and not the laundromat’s fault. I come back around 9am and power is back on. I try to find an attendant to see if maybe they can help reinstate the money I previously spent just so I wouldn’t have to pay double. No attendant on sight, no one picks up the phone either. I decided to pay for washing again because I have things to do and I don’t know when an attendant will be back. As soon as I pay again and hit start on the washers, one of them says “door lock error” and I can’t start it. More money lost. Finally attendant comes in and I let her know about situation. She didn’t know what to do and just thanked her for her time but unfortunately I had to spend more money to wash another of my loads yet again. I spent $50 that I did not have on what should have $20. This happened on 2/4/26 in morning.

Update: Power went out again. I was told this time that they would honor my money so I wouldn’t have to pay again.

We come here to do laundry and it’s a nice facility but the issue is they now seem to always have the same guy working who never seems to do or want to do anything. He’s always on his phone and usually with his headphones or something and it feels like a bother to ask him for anything. Vapes inside as well. Just a terrible worker. The other ones I’ve seen are much more helpful. Today there is also apparently no key to the bathroom yet they keep it locked cause you have to be a customer to use it vs just letting us be in and out ourselves, especially when you aren’t supposed to leave your laundry alone. My other complaint is we have to use the 9 load washers to get everything done without spending an arm and a leg and today one is broken and one of the 8 load dryers has been broken for some time.

Use to be my #1 but lately they don’t have a attendant until 3pm or can’t get change if machine not working I guess they don’t trust they employees cause they don’t have or give change if their a problem with equipment then you have to wait to hear from somebody the I go to now is a 100 percent better any problem employees give you your money back and their always someone working and new equipment and cheaper yes it’s worth the 15 minutes drive versus a half block drive

The place has gone down hill. It used to be clean now the floor is always dirty.
They have turned the air up so much it is usually cooler outside. The rates have also increased.
I have been going here since they opened its a shame they just don't seem to care anymore.

Never an attendant on duty all the time. Plus the bathroom is always locked and the attendant seems like they don't want to unlock the door for you. Not open like the website says which is 6AM. Waited 30-45 minutes and nobody showed up to open. Before this happened I didn't mind coming here. Also it says they have "free" wifi but you need a password to get it, but there is no password posted anywhere. Can't ask an attendant because no one is there for the most part!

Weird old woman employee with strange behavior works here. This person likes to follow you around spraying cleaner on all the machines that you’re trying to use. She doesn’t care if she gets the cleaner on your clothes because I think it’s her intention. this old woman Employee likes to gossip to other customers about customers And that’s all she does all day pretend to be cleaning up, but really annoying customers, Spraying cleaner Viciously Near people clothes And face when they’re trying to put their clothes in a machine. I’m definitely gonna talk to whoever in charge of this place

Bad customer service and weirdo people..., 😡

I visited this laundry today and it’s one of the worst I have gone to lately. It’s clean but directly down the street it’s clean and the washer that’s $4.00 there is $5.50 at Clean Laundry and it’s actually smaller for $1.50 more. I put my money in the token machine and after I did and because of the prices I wanted a refund. I was told no refunds. I read the things on the token machine and it said nothing about no refunds. You would think it would be on the machine front like all the other notes but no when I said to the clerk I don’t see it on the machines she said look up. Yeah they have it up on the wall and not on the machines. Pictures enclosed. For me that’s trickery and the dryers suck. Never ever will I go to any Clean Laundry location!!!!! Customer service wasn’t good either. They post over the tables because they need you aware of policy but not when it comes to $$$$$ They shady

You guys really need to let that guy goes that work here , he has a nasty attitude and doesn’t have customer service, but he’s the managers son so I don’t think that will happen … I will not be here on Saturdays

I've been coming here for a year to do my airbnb laundry. It's always been clean and well kept. Today, however, for the first time since coming here, I was treated like trash. One of the washers I was using had a fill error during my cycle, which I took video proof of. I've seen this happen to others, but I've never had it happen to me. Usually, the attendant simply moves the laundry and pays the new washer fee. Instead of that, the attendant pretty much called me a liar and that I didn't know how to do laundry. Although I had towels in the washer next to it come out fine. So, I moved my laundry, paid the $12 fee, and went about my day. Also, amazingly, my laundry came out clean from the move to the 2nd washer. Shocking.
Why would I want to be here any longer than I have to be? There's no reason to assume I'm lying.
I'll take my business somewhere else.

Terrible customer service.

This is the only laundromat I come to. Today they had a sign on the door that read “we are closed for the moment” I came back hours later there was no sign and there were patrons. I went in for a basket the unload my load out of my car in the pouring windy rain. I am soaked and the worker says “the washers are down”
Why not have a sign up so that customers are aware? She watched me go in for a laundry basket just to tell me the washers aren’t working? PUT THE SIGN UP.

Do not use this laundromat, there isn’t a full-time attendant on duty like advertise and when you need immediate assistance you call a number provided through the building and all you can do is leave a voicemail. Sunday morning 8/4/24 all washer lost power, people had loads in the washer and couldn’t finish washing their clothes. People had to leave with wet clothes. Everyone called the number provided but nobody ever came or called back. Save your money & go somewhere else.

It doesn't make sense, a laundry that doesn't have public restroom access. If the restrooms are for customers, why are they always locked? No attendants are to be found, what if someone has a medical condition? The attendant needs to be fired and the Health Department will be involved, if the issue keeps happening 😐😐😐

absolutely horrible. don’t know if it’s the manager or an employee but his attitude is horrible towards paying customers.

Who are these 5 stars coming from. My previous review was removed. You can guess why. In short, machines took my money and they refused to reimburse. Put in $6 worth of tokens and only got 25mins of dryer time. The attendant even admitted it happens so not to use more than one token at a time. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Poor service.

I came to do laundry today for the first time in months and I will never come back. The employee was so rude on the phone the whole time talking so loud in Creole and also just having a nasty attitude the entire time every time I asked her something she rolled her eyes she took a long time just to open the rest room door. She walk as if she owns the place and don’t need a job. Done even have a machine to give change for big bills only quarters that’s ridiculous and she was so rude when I asked her if she could break my bill again rolling her eyes. NEVER AGAIN!!!

There’s never an attendant at this location whenever assistance is needed. I knock on all 3 office doors and call the main line to no avail.

The laundry attendant is so rude. She kept watching me like I'm about to steal. Girl what is there to steal? Money? I got that. Plus she act asif I can't use the restroom I'm the customer, you can't refuse to customer. That's what the sign say. 🤣🤣 I give it a 0 not a 1.
