I have been coming to this store since it has opened & I would say that I have watched it go down hill while prices have gone up 35%
Response from the owner:Thank you for the input. The store costs of water, natural gas and electricity have more than doubled since we opened. We also pay 50% more in wages to our laundry attendants since we have opened. Over the 10 years the 35% increase you mention averages about 3.5% a year. A $2,500 monthly water bill and $7,000 a month for rent added to all the other costs get factored into our prices. Unfortunately everything keeps going up. We do keep investing in the store. In the last 2 years we repainted. Installed new laundry folding tables remodeled the bathroom. And many other improvements. Thank you again for your business.

Our clothes got locked in until 5am which was our fault. The doors automatically lock and unlock, we got there at 5:08am and our clothes had been stolen. We had called and left a message in regards to it and didn't receive a call back. Went to both location and no one was there to assist us in regards to this. We understand that they will not be able to do anything in regards to it but a call back would have been professional. We just want to make sure this isn't happening to other people.

Bed bugs. Deleting Negative comments doesn't look good on you.
Response from the owner:Anna, I’m so sorry you had a bad experience. We never delete any comment, as we can’t. The bugs may have come from a customer who used the machine before you. We try to sanitize them after each use however sometimes we don’t get there before someone else uses the machine. I would be happy to speak with you more about it, if you would like. Phil , owner.

Laundry gets done in an hour to 1hr 15 mins. But it's too pricy. Deals on Tuesday and Friday, and that's the only time worth going. But the deals are only between 6AM-6PM when most people work and then they have to rush to the laundromat. Hate that more are popping up around town, and if they're so successful, you'd think they'd lower their prices or at least extend the deal times. But they can do what they want, luckily they won't see my money anymore.
Response from the owner:Thank you for your comments. We appreciate them. We do offer the lowest prices in town for wash and dry on our specials days. Also you can save another 10% when you use our Loads of Rewards program. Also we are the only laundries that offer soft water which can save you 1/2 the amount of detergent you use. Also we find that our regular dry prices are about 1/2 those of some other local laundromats. Our costs represent having laundry attendants at our stores to assist and provide safety. Being air conditioned keeps the store comfortable. Also water, sewer, natural gas and electricity have all gone up more than 50% in the last few years. Again that you for giving us a try.
