This location can be found on Main Street in Ottumwa, Iowa and opened in March of 2021. This laundromat offers a private, free parking lot for your convenience. Located on the corner of Main and S. Green Street across from Rancho Grande, this is Clean Laundry's first built-to-suit location. Enjoy coinless pay options, free Wi-Fi, free USB charging stations, HDTV's, soft water, free off-street parking, and more!

It’s always clean and I’ve never had an issue with any of the machines. Prices are beyond reasonable and the app isn’t hard to figure out either.

I’ve been in a couple of times and everything is so clean and maintained. Machines always leave my clothes fresh. Logan is one of my favorites up there. Very polite and always has a positive friendly attitude.

At first I couldn’t figure out how to work the machines , that’s when a young man named Logan helped me figure out the machine, very respectful and great service.

Logan Elliott it is always great seeing him when I go do laundry he's such a good person hard-working always helping us out he's always keeping the place clean and organized and he is dedicated he's always helping others as well so glad he works at the clean Laundromat I would give him a five star rating for sure!

This place is so clean I love it, the water is soft on my clothes and always so fresh so clean. Not expensive at all very affordable. And the staff is truley amazing and super kind 😇 I definitely recommend thia place! Oh and they play awesome music and sometimes movies which is awesome!

Have used this laundry mat for last few years every week ,tonight I had park in a away side street , got in there and it was full absolutely no machines open, I believe car loads of people ,I was not waiting, so I went back old laundry place for tonight, it wasn't a good situation at clean laundry

I’m only rating it 2 stars because they advertise free drying on Wednesdays, however that is not true. I am here now on a Wednesday and still had to pay for drying 🤦🏽♀️. What’s up with that?
Response from the owner:Hello, thank you for your comments. We do not have Free Dry on Wednesdays at the Ottumwa store. Some other Clean Laundry locations do have Free Dry on Wednesdays. Specifically the stores in Waterloo. Can you tell me where you saw the advertising? I'm assuming you saw some ad for another location, but if not I want to correct it. I apologize for any confusion.

The place was a mess . Was there from 5am till 7am. Just to dry some loads of clothes.
Response from the owner:After looking into your review we were able to determine that you were at an Ohio store, not the one you posted a review for. Your review is posted on the Ottumwa Iowa store. This is not owned by the same person. It would be very helpful to our rating if you would delete this review and of course put in on the store that you used. That way that owner will know he needs to make sure the store maintained better. Thank you!

Not a good experience. Cash for tokens is crazy when they are the same as quarters. I loaded up a washer with 6.50 and the change cubby inside just have been full. So I couldn’t get my money back or start my wash. Had to find another machine that took debit cards because I wasn’t letting the machine “eat” the rest of my tokens! ( which if they were quarters I cold have another use for them now I’m stuck with 2 dollars work of tokens that won’t get used because I will never use the laundromat again!

Just wandering why machines are now skipping rinse cycle but prices aren’t
Response from the owner:Thank you for your note. Our apology for the issue with the washers. The machines all have a rinse cycle and in some cases multiple rinse cycles. If there was no rinse it is a malfunction and we would be happy to provide a refund or mover it to another machine and rewash. Can you tell us which washer it was so we can make sure it is fixed? Also there is an attendant on duty most of the time on Saturdays and Sundays and they can help you with the refund or machine credit. If you are a member of our Loads of Rewards program, which saves you 10% on all wash and dry, we can credit your account directly.

I come to this laundromat quite often as a laundromat is filthy there's food all over the floor there's garbage all over the floor like the floor hasn't been swept in weeks it is disgusting and nasty after today I think I'm going to find another place to go do my laundry at cuz this is just nasty

Sometimes right after we clean someone comes in and unfortunately can make a big mess. Your review does not list the store you were at. We have a number of them. Can you tell us which location?
