Lavandería Ottumwa: Lavandería limpia en Main St

I genuinely look forward to doing laundry here, which feels like a sentence that should be impossible to write about a laundromat. 😂 I’ve been to Clean Laundry in Ottumwa multiple times now, and it is consistently such an incredible experience. The entire place is SO clean, well kept, bright, comfortable, and honestly kind of magical. Kali, Logan, and Macey were there during my most recent visit and were absolutely awesome. The payment system went down and wouldn’t take my card, and they were incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and generous with their time while helping me figure everything out. They turned what could have been a really frustrating situation into something that felt easy and stress-free. I also love how thoughtfully the space is set up. There’s parking in the back with easy access, plus the front entrance. There are outlets right next to the chairs, so I can bring my laptop and actually get work done while my laundry is going, or charge my phone and other devices. They have vending machines if you want a snack, and even the bathrooms are consistently clean and well maintained. It’s obvious that a lot of care goes into this place, both in how it’s maintained and in how people are treated. Clean Laundry has somehow turned doing laundry into something I actually enjoy, and that deserves five stars all by itself. And seriously, huge shoutout to Kali, Logan, and Macey. You three are absolute gems. The kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made such an impression on me. People remember how you make them feel, and you made me feel incredibly taken care of. ❤️

Hay que cuidar un poco más la limpieza del local tanto como trabajadores como client's, he visto trabajadores limpiando y atras las personas ensuciando y pieso que eso no es justo, al ser un lugar publico no significa que no debamos de tener en cuenta la limpieza.

This place is very clean but don't appreciate people taking there dogs in there when there doing laundry

Very nice facility

It’s always clean and I’ve never had an issue with any of the machines. Prices are beyond reasonable and the app isn’t hard to figure out either.
