I like this one they really use water not like the other laundry mats. My clothes where clean smelled clean not like dirt ughh that is not good at all but give them a try the price is good as well

Had to come here because Ameristar hotel doesn't have onsite laundry. This is a great Lil coin laundromat with great prices.

Get your clothes very clean.But the dollar to start the dryer and then a quarter for every few minutes is a little crazy with times being hard , but very nice staff , very clean facility

Molly was so helpful. The place was clean. I had a hard time with the machine she came over and walked me through it thank you.

I was in Clean Laundry for the first time last Wednesday for the first time and was having issues with my machine. I wasn't sure what to do and I was approached by a young lady who got the machine working and helped me get back on track as I was on a tight time schedule. I want to say a big thank you to Molly for being patient and helpful, I hope whoever should see this does. A long time future customer.

Machines worked great & facility was clean

It is what it's name claims 'Clean' & 'Laundry';). Not just the clothes are clean but the building is always nicely kept. I'm normally there when Bobbi is working. She's the BEST!!

First time I’ve been to a laundromat since 2020. It’s very very very clean compared to the ones I’ve used in the past. And the ability to use an app and pay to wash and dry is very convenient!

Clean can't use bathroom door locked main doors lock at 12 no attendance

According to other reviews, it sounds like this location had a rough patch earlier this year. I've been here twice this past month, and feel it's safe to say most of those issues have been fixed.

The location is clean, and the free wifi works well. I couldn't get the mobile app to work, but there is a kiosk that accept card payments so I'm just using that from now on. Machines are fast and effective. There are a couple that are out of order, but there's so many working that even with several other people here, there's been more than plenty. Price of the wash varies depending on the type of cycle you select. The dryers charge $1 for the first 16 minutes, and it's $0.25 for every 4 minutes added to that. Considering how much is able to fit in each machine, I feel like the price is very reasonable. I was able to fit a month's worth of clothes in one of the bigger washers for a $9 wash, and all my bedding fit in another large machine for a $14 wash.

There was an attendant present when I was here at 6pm, but not when I was here at 11pm. If there was someone here the entire time the location was open, I'd give them 5 stars.

Always smells funny

The laundromat is clean and everything and I like it. The only problem over here is the bathrooms. They are lock is impossible to use and we tried to call on the number taken up there and nobody answered.

um it smells great and i can easily get my things cleaned. i have been here often. but this visit was disappointing, i saw a roach.

I noticed this laundromat because it's close to home. It was newer, didn't smell moldy updated machines and drying WAS free. The attendant was cleaning and wiping down the machines, it was nice. Now you have to pay for the dryers, you must put at least $1.00 in before it will even start! Most of the time there is no attendant, the bathroom door is locked, dryer sheets on the floor. Half the machines have blue tape on them meaning out of use. The auto entrance door is broke most of the time and the change machine is too. One day while using the only changer, it took my $10.00 bill! Of course there was no attendant. I had to call the number on the wall and the nice lady credited me a machine. I'd rather had my money back because now I have to call them to get the rest of my free time because I didn't use the whole $10 on the machines. I had a handle break off and I couldn't get my clothes out of the washing machine. When the attendant finally arrived 20 mins later she put mins on my dryer so I didn't have to pay. That was nice, but that's 20 mins of my time wasted! Today I came in with 2-3 loads of laundry a $5.25 machine, which is a 3 load machine, well only 2 were working out of the 4 which were in use so I had to go to a 4 load machine that cost $6.50. Same with the 2 load machine, I had 3 items that needed to be washed separately and two machines were occupied while the other had the famous blue tape on them. Today may be my last visit here at Clean Laundry. I have been driving across town to another laundromat because they have FREE drying.... it's always crowded so I have to get there as soon as they open. So I'm no longer convinced with a close laundromat. It was nice while it lasted I guess. I definitely need to get my washer fixed! Picture of my 2-3 load in a 4 load washing machine.

Mixed review. Clean place. No staff when I was here. Had problems with the machine starting. Other places at least have a person for those problems.

Update: there was a staff member working. They just chose to not help. I went into their back room area and yelled for help. Then I figured it out myself by pushing bottoms and trying to open the washer back up. I know he worked here because he’s currently cleaning the floor but couldn’t help someone clearly looking for a staff member

I was excited to find this laundromat when I walked in and saw they accept digital payments, but I had a weird experience with the attendant. I walked up to the restroom and she asked me if I needed to go in. After I said yes she took a whole 20 seconds to look me up and down and evaluate if I was worthy of the bathroom and eyed my baggie of quarters like I’m some suspicious criminal. I’m in my “laundry day clothes” and have my hair in a messy bun, so I get I don’t look my best and that you have to be careful with homeless people in this area, but I felt so uncomfortable and hurt by her judgmental size up. And considering there isn’t always someone here to let you use the restroom and others have noticed bed bugs and roaches, I will definitely avoid this place next time.

One of the absolute worst Laundromats I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to, if it was between washing my laundry or waiting till the next day for a different one to open I’d wait all week if I had to!

There’s so many broken down machines it’s not even funny, I’ve gone twice a month or two apart and the same machines were broken, I wasted money because the washers didn’t clean my items all the way and the dryers not only failed to dry my items despite being below the line, one of them was broken to the point it wouldn’t run, claiming “close the door” when it was completely shut.

Waited nearly 15 minutes on the support line but no one ever answered, at some point a woman was LOCKED IN because she happened to be a little late past the 12 o’clock deadline, there’s never a huma attendant near closing so if there’s an issue you’re just kind of on your own.

You can’t even access the BATHROOM without a worker on site, absolutely horrid experience, cannot believe I wasted 30 dollars for damp unclean clothes and blankets.

Dirty. Too many broken machines.

A roach on the wall during the day. Nasty, a place like this needs to have an exterminator come monthly to keep our community safe.
