How it Works

1. Schedule Laundry Pickup

Fill out our form to schedule your Waterloo, Cedar Falls or Evansdale location pickup with our Clean Laundry Express team. Laundry service pickups happen between 8:00am - 5:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.

2. Bag your Laundry

Place your clothes in a laundry bag and hang outside your door prior to your scheduled pickup time. First time? Place your clothes in a disposable bag and we will provide you a Clean Laundry bag, included in your cost, to keep.

Drivers

3. We come right to your home

Our laundry attendants will take your bag and bring it to a Clean Laundry facility for services. When we pick up your items, we will send you a message via email to let you know.

4. We wash, dry, and fold

Our laundry attendants will process your items washing, drying, and folding.

5. We deliver back to you

We will return to you by 3:00pm the following day, you don't even need to be home. Our team will notify you of your returned laundry once it is all complete.
